Casey's Pet Grooming & Doggie Daycare

I take my dog to Casey on a regular basis and Lola absolutely loves going to the daycare. Casey does an amazing job with Lola’s nails every time. Great service and great staff. 10/10 recommend.

Being a first time owner of a tiny pup, my experience with Kristen's Pet Grooming was exceptional. They answered 100 questions I had and took really great care of my little Logan first time I took him there. Now they will always be my number one choice. He always comes out looking so fresh, clean and handsome after a visit. Thanks guys! You do amazing work

This review is not just for the great service but also for the kind compassionate people who work here. On two separate occasions I called this groomer to see if they could fit in fosters that I had just picked up who needed care and both times they were kind enough to squeeze us in while many others could not. Thank you so much for your kindness to these animals, the beautiful grooming, and for giving them amazing care. It is much very much appreciated.

We had two dogs brought in. One dog was clearly matted and needed to be shaven down. The second dog wasn't matted and we specifically asked for the hair to be shorter. Both dogs were shaven completely down. Neither of their ears were cleaned out as well.We had a set schedule for the dogs and the pick-up time was pushed back over an hour and a half.We were sort of in a pinch for time and other activities in our lives to go to our regular groomer, however next time we will just wait for our usual go-to. This place is also VERY expensive, so just be mindful!

I cannot say enough about Kristen’s pet grooming! Ruby is our 5 year old Pomeranian who loves her visits here. Staff are always so friendly and definitely want to give your pet the best experience. They are super responsive to emails and really want to make sure they give you why you want. We’ve been there three times now and will continue to keep going. Ruby always leaves her spa dates exceptionally groomed, smelling great and looks super happy!

I had asked for no length (a quarter inch MAX) to be taken off my puppy for her first groom, and then I would come back in the summer for a shorter summer trim.I was not able to speak with the groomer before hand, so a note was written and supposedly passed along.When I came to pick up my dog, I did not recognize her. She was almost completely shaven down.I had asked if she had matting, and if that was the reason for the short trim, which it was not, as she is well brushed at home and had no matting.I was expecting a tidy up of her coat, as discussed prior to her appointment, not a complete short trim.This is not the experience I was hoping to have, and I am not happy with the outcome.I am not one to leave low reviews, although I wish I had read something like this before hand so I knew what I was getting into.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but was very disappointed in the service of grooming and the way the owner speaks to clients. My dog was totally shaved down to his skin despite clear instructions how we wanted him groomed (it was not his first time going there. Beware that this salon was sold not too long ago and the quality is nowhere near what it used to be.

Casey’s pet grooming is awesome! My dog got skunked this morning and Casey’s was able to take her in the same day and did an amazing job. Not only did they get all the skunk smell off of her, they took the time to get rid of all her under coat (she’s malamute with a thick coat.. so lots of fur), she’s never looked better and all for a great price!Thanks Casey!

Carlson loves his haircuts with Casey. Everyone is so kind with the animals. I recommend this doggie spa!
