Sloppy management. If you are not bald faced you will be told you can’t work and they will refuse to schedule you. Personnel in offices are not even shaved themselves. Even though the hiring personnel gave you his assurance it apparently will not count for anything. Also they are not hiring for the position you applied for and will try to divert you. Poor company.

ASP Inc. They don't know how to treat with subordinates and employees. Stay away.....beautiful management....

Work for their crossing guard department. Management are horrible at communicating. The job itself isn’t bad but don’t expect much from the office. It took us unionizing to get better pay. My medical accommodation (bringing a chair to sit on down times because I am 6 months pregnant with twins) was rejected even though it creates virtually no undue hardship to the company or their third party contractor.

Did not pick upCall every time when guard calls doesn’t care about the employees HR and instructor are very disrespectful instructor late 45 minutes and hr 2.5 hr. They sell baton for 250 dollars outside you can get at 80 dollar maximum. Doesn’t pay employees on time. Did not pay for training at airport for 4 days. Garbage company and staff in the office.

Today i have completed almost 5 months with ASP. I am very glad that i am working with such a great security. I am very happy to see the opportunities that ASP gives to their employees as a bonus like 300$ with referral and 250$ With review. From which we can share our experience with other people and encourage them to join ASP. The place where i work, is a very friendly place and the employees work there are also very nice and helpful. I am very impressed with ASP scheduling department and their services. They always listen to my situation and reach to me. The hardest part which i came to know in previous days is additional hours or minutes in your schedule. It should be done on the spot rather than through sending emails to scheduling department. Overall, a full staff of ASP is very helpful. I enjoy my workplace the most because the people i met there are very good from their heart. I am very thankful to ASP for giving me this opportunity.

Only apply if you wanna do 40 hours of unpaid training. They want you to work 12 hour shifts for minimum wage with no benefits. Go look elsewhere. All the “good reviews” are from employees who have been told to post something.

Had 2 interviews and 3 phone calls. Either misrepresented their intentions or plainly mislead. Do not trust anyone in HR.I won't name him..he knows who he is. The other 2 HR? No longer here...yeah...right probably hiding.Went for an interview today (9/30) only to be told "Oh sorry filled internally " but we have 6p to 6a at 18.00..uhh..38yrs in...I laughed. "Prior? "Have a day shift supervisor position. When the HR called left no message other than location.When contacted "Oh sorry...gave it away..but we do have night shift...blatantly misleading..Very unprofessional

Worst company to work with, don’t get a job here even if they pay 16$/hr. Worst management and won’t response to anything nothing organised and orientation was unpaid for whole day and was all fake. You will not get your uniform anytime till 3 months. Even to get a sick leave no one picks up you calls. No management will be there if you face difficulties in work. Simply the company doesn’t give a heck about you.

One of the best companies I have worked for . I have had zero issues and really good communication from all ends. The HR department is quick,responsive ,and has excellent relations ,communications skills. Everyone is so friendly. I am happy and proud to work for ASP.

Awesome place to work and nice coworkers. ASP is the best company to work with.
