Canada Post
Probably the worst courier in Canada. Not ideal for any small business as they costed me over 10,000 in sales this year alone. The local office always chooses not to deliver as requested. Even though it’s 100 percent secure. Their customer service is beyond unprofessional and the local staff doesn’t help.

The post office staff and the SUPERVISOR took the time to hear my concerns about missing parcels. They looked into the issue and found where the parcels were located and were able to retrieve them and have them in my possession within hours. For all their hard work i am grateful.
