Blackcar Waterloo

Got picked up from Pearson and travelled home to Waterloo on January 3rd. Decided on BlackCar over the other companies in the area, even though it was a little more expensive it seemed that it would be slightly fancier, a nicer car and the promise of water and candies in each car.However this was not the case, the car seemed like a standard SUV (having said that I know nothing about cars) it had large cracks in the glass of the windshield. We weren't offered any water or candies, which wasnt really a big deal but as it was advertised specifically as a perk of this company on their website you would expect.The driver was polite, helpful and he did get us home promptly and safely. In future I will probably use other, cheaper companies in the area.

I've used them for multiple seminars and conventions as well as a trip from Cambridge to London and an airport trip. Always spot-on impeccable service. The drivers will be invisible if you want them to be or chatty.. Immaculate cars. Top notch!

Great service ... booking was easy and done with confidence, driver was at the airport when we arrived, he was friendly and very professional. The whole experience was a positive one from start to finish. Would use this service again and would definitely recommend!

We have used Black Car, Waterloo, for the past several years, we travel several times a year and have ordered them for family when visiting us. Every time we get excellent service, always on time,. We have had a wide variety of drivers, all are neatly and cleanly dressed, friendly and competent. Water and mints are available..Reasonably priced, due to their popularity they are busy. We will continue to use them and recommend them to others, when the car pulls up, you get to relax and prepare for your upcoming trip.

My husband & I use Black Car Waterloo for trips with 3 people (one suitcase each) or less. The service has been great, friendly drivers ....clean, spacious and cars...I highly recommend them.

Horrible service from the owner Dave. Only my third 1 star review ever given!I tried booking a car and he refused to book as I said I was not happy paying $15 more because I live 4 minutes from Waterloo.He said he does not care and refused to book me even after I said I will pay the extraI only used one time and they were 35 minute wait at the airport ( decided to try again as I liked the car.... Bad decision)Would highly recommend booking elsewhere as service is terrible.But the owner says he is so busy he doesn't care about my business.His response is full of lies. Terrible business owner. I don't live 10km outside the city limits another lie. I can drive to Conestoga mall or Woodlawn in Guelph in under 10 minutes (and into the city limits in 4 to 6 minutes)The driver was fine. It's the owner who was extremely rude and unreasonable. He told me he wants me to be happy while he adds $15 each wayI said usually I tip $20 but will tip less for him adding 25% to the fare price after tipI live 1 hr from pearson. There are many places in Kitchener and Waterloo that a airport run would take a lot longer.Forcing someone for a gratuity is also wrong. I should be able to get a ride without leaving a tip... I am paying for a service and a rather expensive one when you add your fee. If I choose to tip that is at my discretion

Our experience with black car limousine most definitely exceeded our expectations. After our last experience with a different company we were unsure if we wanted to take a chance. Last year the driver was not very nice and he dropped our luggage with an expensive camera and really didn't care. Black car limousine drivers dress appropriately and take care of your luggage and are sociable. We felt very safe with their driving. on Tuesday February 12th during the storm our flight was diverted from Toronto to Quebec City and eventually back to Toronto making us 5 hours late. I contacted the owner and let him know our situation and he assured us that everything would be okay and our driver wouldn't leave until we were there. Sure enough we arrive at the airport and our driver was there waiting. the drive home was pretty messy but we were so confident by the way our driver drove us safely to our home in Kitchener. I can't say enough about how this made us feel I know we will recommend this company and we will always use this company. Thank you Black Car for being a company we could count on.
