Amazing place. Very good energy. Staff is really nice and motivated, always friendly. The manager is super helpful and the overall experience is TOP!

On the site it says - first class for free but it wasn’t and I never had my money back. Nothing in message says about the fact that if you are late on more than 5 Min (even 6 how it was in my situation) - you can’t go inside. And reception saw that I’m foreigner and spoke principally in french, what is not okay when I said that I don’t understand french... I felt disrespect in that moment.

Classes are a bit on the expensive side and can be crowded sometimes, but the teachers are great and the studio is clean and professional.

Excellent hot yoga classes. They place an ice cold towel on your forehead at the end of class which I love so much!!!I'm stocking up on class passes in preparation for another long and cold winter in Montreal...

I love hot yoga - it's a great stress reliever in my day to day and this spot is fantastic. Staff and instructors are super nice and the scented towels at the end of the session sometimes lift my spirit out of my body.

This is a well-run hot yoga studio. The instructors and staff are all knowledgeable and kind.Two suggestions:1. The addition of a urinal in the men's locker room.2. I find the yoga mat tape rectangles in the main room confusing. I'm not sure if these were put in place for COVID or if they are still in force? Either way, I think that they should be adjusted so that two mats that are next to each other are not only horizontally separated. In positions where you sweep your arms outward, it is fairly common to bump into your neighbor in the current configuration. If the mat tape rectangles were adjusted to be slightly off (e.g., a neighboring mat should always be either slightly ahead or behind you), this problem would be fixed.
