The guy working there today at 12:45 pm was very rude tried to give me over 60 dollars change in change back and got mad cause I wouldn’t take it and said I want my 100 back I’ll go somewhere else he then said he couldn’t and what was he supposed to do with the change I said it’s yours not mine give me my 100 back then wouldn’t take a 20 dollar bill for gas and said go somewhere elseBecause I didn’t want his change wouldn’t sell me gas wow I’m going to complain to owner of station and Esso Canada

Used to be my primary fuel station due to the convenience on my commute to work… until I noticed the price gouging.This location is routinely the MOST expensive on a 5km stretch of Fraser Hwy. The last to lower prices, the first to raise them. There was one day the difference was 0.15 higher than all the others in the area, hadn’t changed when I went drove past 9 hours later. It’s become a daily game for me to spot what their price difference is, lol.

Do not recommend these folks for propane, twice now I had 2 tanks filled and both times only 75% filled, both tanks new and gauges, employee said they only fill to 80 %, went and questioned inside and they said next time we will make sure we fill your tanks to 100%, that sounds to me like they are ripping people off !!!!!!!

Since the new owners took over last year, the store is no longer 24hrs and is always short staffed. They almost always only have one person working and will close down the inside of store if someone needs propane.

The lady that was working at the counter went out of her way to help us when we needed it the most, you are the best. Thanks for going to the back to provide that item for us! Very Bad customer service. One of the associates was wearing glasses. Need to learn his professional job lot of attitude. Throwing receipt upon request by the customer.

Worst experience ever. They close their store at anytime without any note on the door or window. And the window sign still showing it open. No tap on the gas machine makes it impossible to pay for gas without going in store. Happened so many times now.

Worst gas station to buy gas they don't open on time no note to let customers know. Has anyone noticed they are always the highest price for gas, and they still want people to go pay inside because there too cheap to buy till paper. So annoying!
