Gate 2 is for trucks and is on the north side of the facility. Aside from bairly being able to here the scale house this place is pretty fast at getting you loaded once you make it through the line.

Went here to get a load of advantech with my husband, as he's a long haul trucker. OMG this place has gotten so slow at loading. Use to get the trucks in and out in a timely manner. Now they take hours to get trucks through. When your on your 14 hour day, when it's taking 5, 6 or more hours waiting their driving time is depleting. Which in turns makes them not being able to get their loads delivered in a timely manner. Management if you read this work on this issue. My husband and I arrive just a little after 2pm, we didn't finish getting loaded until after 7pm. 5 hours wasted, and drivers dont make any pay when they are sitting waiting to be loaded. The saying is if the wheels aren't turning, they aren't earning.

Loading is fast. Has a tarp machine too. Great group of guys. FOLLOW THE SIGNS AND INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN. CB is a BIG help. FYI to you folks that refuse to run them.

One of 2 good places to work in northern maine. Products are made with pride. Only issue is there swing shift. 2 weeks days then 2 weeks nights.
