I know exactly who and what the previous reviews are referring to... can't agree more. But, to be fair, I also had a normal experience with a gentleman in early hours who was calm, respectful and way more professional than the guy who looks like to me suffering from some sort of a problem/irritation.

Super slow.Request drivers to be 15 feet apart... only one driver allowed in the office at a time .... guy in shipping office is on his PMS cycle & obviously hates his job & his life.I politely asked the guy in the shipping office for an extra copy of the Customs Invoice to give to the FDA when crossing the Border... he refused... probably gonna cost him 50 cents to give a truck driver an extra copy of the invoice.Long wait to get loaded...over 3 hours ... literally!!!

I would have given negative rating to the behaviour of the guy in the office today afternoon shift, so rude, never seen any rude or mannerless shipper like him so far in my life,Zero respect to the drivers, he really needs to learn how to talk with people.
