I bought a cat tree two days ago. The staff never told me there was a zero return policy" on the item. The receipt says to check the website but does not even include the website to check. Item was not on clearance. Bring item back today with zero wear and tear on it and they stop me citing the back of the receipt's pathetic attempt to tell you to find their website. Their reasons on top of that... "item could be unsanitary." After two days... with zero use. I will never shop there again

Staff is always helpful, the greet whenever you walk in the door. They always have great suggestions if you need help and they are personable. That’s across the board, I’ve been in many times.

Not a very good experience. Almost everytime we go into this store we are critiqued on what we want to get our dog, from toys to food to treats. We attended 2 days ago to get the usual suspects for our dog and decided to get our puppy a new toy. Obviously the toy I picked out was not good enough or the right toy according to the staff. So she suggested we buy a canada pooch freeze and chill cooling pal for teething dogs, which of course is 10.00 more then the toy I wanted. We get home follow instructions and the toy co.ea out of the freezer with a slice in it showing the inside. A few of the stitches let go. No problem, I understand that this could happen, I figured based on the return policy and having all the tags and my receipt I could go exchange it as clearly it's just a manufacturer defect.Upon arrival, i said hi, I was just wondering if i could exchange this, The lady stood back looked at me like i had the plague and said I would never buy a toy Like that for my dogs they would have it torn apart so fast. Sorry but I can't do an exchange on toys." Yes I understand that dogs will ruin the toys and that some dogs are rougher then others but under the circumstances you ca clearly tell its just the stitching that came out at a seam it should have been exchanged. I explained the circumstances again and she said sorry can't do anything

Very knowledgeable on their products! I was blown away.I had an associate help me today with finding an allergen free food for my bulldog and she made it so easy!I can’t wait to return.

Very helpful staff, found exactly what I was looking for! They have a decent selection of fishkeeping supplies, though not quite all you'd expect from a more specialized store.

Just had the worst experience with their manager, Amanda, as she believed I was stealing, lol, and made it very well known.I was looking at items for my beta and at one point was holding a filter that I had hoped would work for my tank, then realizing it was suction and wouldn't work on my round bowl, so I placed it back on the shelf and continued shopping.I saw she was watching me as I shopped, okay cool, cautiously judge as you will, I knew I was paying for all of my items.I heard her say bye to her coworker and was walking out, then she saw me walking up to the counter and she turned around and returned back, came to the counter to check all of the items I placed on the counter (I placed them there as my arms were full) and went to look at dog toys....as I was walking back up, Amanda was APPARENTLY working again and was there to cash me out. As she is looking me up and down, seeing if my coat looks bigger, she says, are you not interested in that filter you had?!?!" To which I replied the reason

The staff member who helped us on Sunday was super friendly and helpful. They helped us pick out a cat tree and brought it to our car! Store has a great selection and is clean. The crinkly blanket I got, he’s been extra rough on it trying to rip it open but its still holding up just fine, and he loves naps in his new cat tree. Thank you!

Bought a bag of dog food yesterday from this establishment, and realized today there was multiple small holes in the bag so I called to inquire about an exchange of dog food but they said they only do exchanges on their own brand. Very unimpressed with this awful store policy. Won’t be a returning customer that’s for sure
