This is the second time we've used Advanced. For a number of year we stored items that we had no space for. Now we're using the facility as temporary storage during a move.The location is convenient for anybody in south Richmond. The Richmond site is always clean and the staff easy to get along with.

Staff are knowledable and friendly, the facility is clean. They offer mailbox rentals for $10 a month, can't beat that.

Went to this storage to help a friend with some of her belongings. What I found a little annoying was the fact that you have to enter one gate and exit through a different one. This wouldn't be a problem except my friend is in a wheelchair and the distance between the gates is a ways when you have your hands full of bags and boxes.

Clean, quiet, bright, pleasant temperature even in a hot day. Nice people. Easy access with rolling gate instead of doors. Wish I found it earlier!
