The UPS Store

Fraudulent photo printing service. Advertised rate for UPS store is 14.99 for passport size photos. The guy charged $20. When I countered him he tried to dodge saying it isn't UPS store charges, it's Pro Passport Photos and when I showed him Pro Passport Photos website that has charges even less @13.99 each he had no answer and just said we charge $20. Don't go for getting your passport photos to this location. I was in a rush so had to get it done.

Khushbu was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the shipping experience easy.

I waited 40 minutes and they couldn't print 11 pages of 8 x 14 paper. They still dared to charge me $3.05 after wasting this much of my time. Horrendous experience, go to a different store to print what you need.

The lady named khusboo was very rude. She clicked pictures which was not accepted by ircc. I told her to click it again. She refused and i was told to go home and upload it through laptop. It was not accepted threw laptop either. One thing i don’t get about these people. If they are not ready to work why they come to this country. Folks, if you have want to donate some money then go to khusboo and donate money.

HORRIBLE. 1 staff cannot handle a lineup of 9 people in a reasonable amount of time when the at 50 Quarry (Bovaird and Main Street) location is for passport photos, drop off, etc.

Very poor service, the girl on the counter was very rude. I had to pick my package today and was in front of walmart but wasn’t sure that ups was inside walmart. I called at 6:45 to ask for the exact location she asked me to be on hold for 5-7 minutes and hung on me. I called again and she picked but didn’t speak meanwhile I could see the small board of ups and reached around 6:53. She started shouting that I am switching the system and closing I also said that you kept me on hold I would have come 10 minutes ago. Any how with argument I got my parcel. There were 2 guys behind me she misbehaved with them as well and they had to leave coz it was 7.You should not have such rude people on front desk. If it’s your closing time it’s fair enough you can communicate decently without being rude and should have basic phone etiquette. When I asked her name she refused to tell, I have a picture but I don’t want to put out on a public platform.

Went today it was wastage of time. Standing for 30 mins in line and still don’t get proper attention if there are proper station to print or to pack than why not person can break the line and go for that stuff wastage of time by standing in line and there is just one person working this doesn’t make any sense that person take so much time to attend one customer.Never gonna go again their.

I looked for digital passport everywhere and when I came to the store Kushbu was about to close and she was very very nice and helpful. Overall great experience

Very bad customer service. I dropped the return at the store and store phone was ringing and the girl over there does not care about the phone. She is having airpods on.
