I would love to thank each and everyone who helped us with my brother’s funeral. The service was amazing each individual of their team helped us (specifically me) with all of their efforts it’s a great place for any family memorial service

Our family’s experience with this home was seamless. We dealt with TJ for the preparations and he was so patient and kind with dealing with our big family and all our questions. He provided us with ease of mind that our family member would be well taken care up from the moment they took over up until the moment of cremation. Thank you for everything Windsor Chapel.

Windsor Chapel is the go to for our family. The staff is professional, kind and warm. From the moment you walk in the front door you are welcomed, this is very comforting considering the emotions you feel at the time of loss. The arrangements are always a beautiful tribute to the loved one and the rooms are meticulous in cleanliness. At a time of great sadness and difficulty,I would like to thank Windsor Chapel( central location) for their kindness and compassion. Their words of encouragement,assistance with after care was done with care and professionalism.But not only what was expected of them,it’s what wasn’t expected .Their beautiful message on my dad’s birthday, the calls to see how we were doing,if they could do anything more to provide comfort to us, above and beyond in so many ways. For that,I am truly grateful.

Windsor Chapel Funeral home assisted our family with the passing of my mom. Everyone who we came in content with from Windsor Chapel were amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and empathy was always present either on the phone or in person. I attended a funeral service this week for a friend held at Windsor Chapel. From the moment we entered their beautiful facility until we returned to our car at the cemetery we were well guided by expertly trained, polite and courteous staff which in turn gave the family and guests an added comfort knowing that Windsor Chapel has excellent planning in place to keep every one safe.During visitation the family also expressed how amazed and pleased they were with the overall appearance and skin tone of their loved one.Windsor Chapel has continued to provide a beautiful goodbye" to loved ones even and especially thru this pandemic. They live up to their motto "Trust Experience" to the fullest."

We lost our Dad in 1974 and Windsor Chapel Funeral Home took care of the funeral service. In 2022 we lost our Mom and again we chose Windsor Chapel and would not have considered going anywhere else.The level of professionalism, efficiency, compassion and kindness that was shown to us 48 years ago is still present to this day in spades.From the moment our Mom passed, to the last moments of the service and beyond, Zoey our Funeral Director and the Windsor Chapel Staff treated us with respect, empathy and gentleness.Our Mom passed just before the Easter weekend, making the timing for the services a challenge. We had many questions over the Easter weekend and all questions were promptly answered with graciousness and patience.Our Mom would have been so pleased with the respectful and beautiful way her passing was honoured. A very, very special thank you to Zoey for all your excellent work, to Elizabeth for reaching out and to all the staff involved with our Mom's service.Thank you very much for the support we received during this time of grief.
