This place is complete trash. Their spray tan machine broke. They refused to give me a refund. Spent 60 dollars and didnt even get a spray tan. WORST service i have ever experienced. DO NOT GO HERE. You be will so disappointed. Mangers are a joke. Dirty horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE

I’ve went to this location a few times now and the girls have always been very friendly and helpful. Recently met Caitlyn and she was so kind. The place is always kept clean and presentable. Keep up the good work ladies! I’ll definitely be recommending this location to my friends.

Received a set of hybrid eyelash extensions.Bed sheets were stained and dirty, my lashes/eyes were not cleaned prior to applying the lashes, lashes and product were not clean or well stored for cleanliness. Lashes were falling out as soon as I got home. I’ve never had a set this poor after 4 days. It looks like I’ve had them for 2-3 weeks.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. When I went some years ago, it was old and dirty. My mother asked me for a place to go tan in millwoods and I reluctantly told her this place was close to her house but that last time I went, it wasn’t great. Well it’s still not. The beds are old and scratched (it’s so bad they look dirty) some of the bulbs need to be replaced and one woman there is a complete C**t. She purchased a minute package, and everything was alright (other than the low quality of their tanning beds). Then they forced her to buy a $100 lotion, saying it was mandatory, after FIVE sessions, basically telling her that she would not be able to continue tanning there and would lose her package if she didn’t buy the lotion. None of this was mentioned before she purchased the package and during the first few sessions. Complete money grab and lack of professionalism. Do not go there.

I’ve recently started tanning here with my husband and we really like it! The staff is all so friendly! Before I went in I read some bad reviews, however I was blown away by the service I received from the owners! Great people! The studio was immaculate, and the beds and rooms seemed very well maintained. I really appreciate the help I received picking a new lotion, and the education I was given on the lotion i was using previously! She helped me find one as close to the one I was using that was safe for the beds and I am super impressed with the quality of product!

Had a great experience dealing with Caitlyn. She was very welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in. I had a few questions about tanning lotions and she was so helpful with explaining different products. Even went over the tingle lotions which I never knew were a thing! The service was exceptional and appreciated!

I come every 3 weeks to have my volume lashes re-filled, not only is the services amazing, but the lash artist is welcoming and makes you feel at home at her location, definitely recommend to anyone :)

they say there open at 9am but when I phoned they say there hours start at 10am

Had very bad experience in fabutan calgary , tried this place!!!! Omg 200% recommended!! Amazing service!!
