I had a great experience shopping with the help of one your staff. She's an older woman who was manning the fitting rooms. I'm terrible with names, but I checked the other reviews and she might be Naomi. I just wanna highlight her awesome customer service skills!

The return process was horrible, and the manager was unhelpful. They are not customer service oriented. Next time I'll buy directly from the manufacturers online, or visit another shop. They should visit other vendors in the mall to see how it can be done.

I purchased a pair of cross country skis from the Market Mall location. As there was no one available to help me be fit for the skis in the store I referred to the products recommended weight guide.While I was in the tech shop I was chatting with the team member installing the bindings and mentioned I was unsure about sizing. He said “don’t worry, if it doesn’t work bring it back and we will make it right”.Once I received the skis I took them out on the trail and immediately realized that they were the wrong size. I took them off, only had skied on them for 10 minutes.I returned them to the store and the manager said they cannot take back used equipment. Aka they can’t stand behind their product and find something that works for a customer. The skis are as good as new.I would recommend buying any type or ski products anywhere but here. All of their competitors would make it work and try and help the customer instead of just a plain no. Very disappointing. Zero flexibility to make something work for a customer, just wanted a different size, I wasn’t asking for the world.Walked over to a competitor (Life Sport), bought skis that were much more expensive (lost sale for Sporting Life) and their customer service was 10/10. Would highly recommend Life Sport.

Besides poor customer service (I heard no less than two employees say to me it's not my job') I WARN ALL CUSTOMERS to check your receipts before heading home. Purchased four items and two (50%) scanned at higher prices than was displayed on the factory tags. A hassle to have to go back and have this rectified especially when the manager does not bother to even apologize. Again - check your receipts and make sure you were charged correctly - or better yet

This store has excellent customer service in every department. Every staff member is pleasant and very helpful. Staff who ask if you need any assistance truly are offering their help and not just asking. I have had staff do multiple searches, check the backroom, check online stock, ask their managers just to help you find the size/color you are looking for. I have only had good experiences when approaching staff for anything at this store! Keep it up!

Sporting life has a great selection of clothes and items and you can get some really good sales here.I had a great experience at this location, I was wandering around looking for a specific item that I saw they had in stock online and a worker noticed me and asked me if I needed any help, I told her what I was looking for and she could have easily just pointed towards the section I need to be but instead she walked me across the store and helped me look for that item on the racks. Now that I think of it, I have had great experience a few times at this location.

Christina and the manager were wonderful today sorting out for boots and skis we needed. They even went over by connecting us with another Sporting Life store for the binder!All in all, they both are calm and professional the whole time while helping us.Definitely deserves this rating.If you have 10 I would give 100 !

Just bought this Can North FT-1 hybrid bike from Sporting Life Market Mall... at first was very disappointed by a grinding noise that the wheel hub was making. After repeat visits and many attempts to fix the problem with no success, I was ready to return the bike and ask for my money back. But JY, the manager at the time of my second visit showed up to make things right. He was extremely calm and professional. Despite my obvious frustration, he diffused the situation and insisted that he wanted me to leave happy with nothing less than a perfectly functioning bike.... he had the team REBUILD a new bike for me and took back the faulty one. JY stepping in the way he did just saved Sporting Life from losing a customer! I'll be back for sure! And to Sporting Life, you should promote JY and do it soon!!

This Sporting Life has a huge selection and open space concept.The staff are friendly and always come by to help when you need. The washroom is very clean and the changing rooms are spacious.Clothing includes a wide range that can include higher end products. This is a great store for winter clothing and sportswear.

I came to this location to purchase some gymnastics outfits for my daughter. The young lady working in the change rooms was so friendly and helpful with picking sizes and colours as Under Armour has a bit of a strange sizing system. I will definitely return to shop here.
