I didn't know any plumber and decided to call 123 Alberta Renovations. To my big surprise they told me that they cared about their previous clients and were ready to come and fix my faucet asap. After assessing the problem and finding out that it was just the matter of replacing a small detail they did everything free of charge explaining that they want to keep their clients happy even after the project is complete. Albert, has walked away from my project after cutting a hole in my wall to investigate the structure. There was no dispute, he simply stopped retuning message. Additional, everytime he did work at my house the price would go up. He punched a hole in my new drywall wall and left it for me to repair. He damaged a brand new sold core door while drilling for the deadbolt, and again left me to repair it.Be cautious with the all the five star reviews. When I did not put my review up right away he threatened to charge me an additional $100. Also watch the material he purchased. He bought 5000 nails to install my baseboards and window casing. I don't need 4900 left over nails.

After making the stair nosing and installing our stair flooring, Albert took the time to walk me through the steps of installing the flooring throughout the rest of our house. He showed me the proper way to make difficult cuts and empowered me to take the project on myself. This speaks to the quality of his work and his willingness to share his knowledge and expertise!

We’ve got a leak in the bathroom which lead to drywall damage downstairs. Albert and his guys evaluated everything that needs to be done and provided the quote pretty within a day. We had to wait about a week for them as this is busy season for construction guys but that wait was worth it. Guys were very professional, clean, respectful to our house and finished repairs fast enough. Definitely recommend and will call them again either for renovation or any repairs. Albert and his team transformed an unusable ensuite to our own private oasis. We enjoy every moment in that bathroom. He also remodeled our other two bathrooms beautifully. He was very communicative and prompt with materials, scheduling and billing. It was our first renovation and are so grateful we had Albert to walk us through it. 100% recommend!

Albert helped us with a stair installation and custom nosing project but we decided to install the main area floors ourselves. He went above and beyond to show us how to properly install the floors and shared his expertise. He produced a beautiful vent cover to match our flooring!
