Recently bought my first GM vehicle and brought it here for the first time for its first oil change / winter tire install. The service was nothing short of amazing. Everyone in the office was great to deal with and Nick the mechanic was excellent. Will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on (even non GM).

A couple stumbles while buying our new vehicles with the ordering process (finding the vehicles in *Ontario* with the specs we wanted, as apparently it's too difficult to import from other provinces); however, very nice staff that were very helpful and did not rush us into anything.They took the time to let us test drive multiple trucks and made sure we felt comfortable with what we were buying! The finance guy is awesome! Love GM and will keep coming back for a GM time and time again :)

Amazing dealership! Called in and spoke with Mike (the dealer principal). Told him my situation and requested a price on an in stock unit they had. Over the phone he took the time to look into my trade and gave me all of the details on the car I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at the dealership that evening (although Mike was gone for the night) the guys there did everything to help me. They had the car ready for me to test drive and we did the initial paperwork in under 20min! It was already ready in the computer. We made a deal and I literally saved over 3,000 from any other dealership I tried. I'm sooo excited to pickup our new car in a couple of days. Mike and his team are true professionals and I would 100% recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you!

Scott Elliott is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individual i have ever met. The treatment and language used by this individual should be investigated by Chevrolet. I would never buy a car at this dealership for fear of having to deal with this unprofessional and unethical individual.

Outstanding service, excellent communication and a very professional team.My GMC Canyon had an oil leak, still under warranty. Somebody from the dealership picked up the truck, took it to the shop and then they called me to explain what was broken, how long it will take to fix it and if I was OK with it.When the repairs were done, on time, somebody called me again to let me know that the truck was ready, and after that they brought the truck back to me, needless to say all fixed.Thank you, Amherstburg Chevrolet Buick GMC! I purchased a 2012 Malibu Chevy in 2014 as a demo. My car had 20,000 km on it. My tires were giving me problems, and my friends that knew more about cars and my husband said it looks like they have dry rot. I brought my car back to Amherstburg Chevy and they said yes it looks like dry rot and you need new tires. I asked should the tires last more than a year and how is dry rot caused? They said from sitting and not driving it. I said I drive to work in Windsor everyday that is impossible, they must have had it when I purchased the car. So let it go because they said it was common and the tires were still good. I purchased new tires from Amherstburg Chevy about a year ago and since day one they have been loosing air. My husband always complaining that I should bring it back in because they should not loose that much air and he would always fill the tires up again. Several times I mentioned this to the service Dept when I had my oil changed. The last time I said you need to check them, still nothing wrong. I brought my car to another mechanic because my power steering was going (I had a hard time steering). The mechanic said there is nothing wrong with you power steering, your tires had 10 pounds of air in each tire, riding on basically flat tires. I told him these tire have been loosing air since day one.. He said they could not have been sealed properly when installed. I call the Service Dept and they said well it has been almost two years since I purchased them what do you expect? I should have complained more, now I need new tires again because I have been driving on flat tires. My family and I have been to London for medical appointments and Detroit many times in the past two years.. We could of had a blow out and all been killed. Service is terrible and they do not listen to women, especially the supervisor Don very disrespectful did not say sorry to hear that nothing. Worst Service ever cc Rafih auto group

Friendly staff, no pressure sales environment & attention to detail. I knew what car I wanted and Kendall went out of her way to make it happen very quickly - accommodating my timeline. She even thought of smaller details the day of my pick-up which made things completely hassle and worry free for me. The detailing team did an amazing job presenting me with a gleaming black car! Anytime I have questions or need an oil change I just call the dealership and they take care of everything. I have been to other dealerships, and then came back to Amherstburg GM where they treat you like family and make car-buying fun again!

Awesome sales and finance team. We worked Alan to find a new vehicle. Allan took his time to explain all different options and pricing. Overall great experience and very happy with the vehicle.
