Purchased windows for my new custom built home, got quotes from 4 companies, choosing Panes was an easy decision, their online configurator allowed me to customize the windows and see the price breakdown for every option I choose.I ordered the windows in March and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get them, the windows arrived ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, they are amazing.I highly recommend Panes to anyone who’s looking for windows!

I wanted to replace my window to a egress window.. I priced out acouple quotes, and did some research, I googled different manufacturers.. I was happy choosing Panes window manufacturering.. Canadian company, so they know what will pass code for a egress window I am not a phone person, I got the help through their chat blog.. and got all my answers.. I was honestly thinking it was gonna be like during covid times where everything was gonna be like back ordered, so I jumped ahead and put my order in.. it was fast, it took abit to have it shipped, but I was happy.. I didn't install it right away, cause I didn't have time....I am very happy with the quality of the window and the smooth operation of the window mechanism.. the only thing I could suggest is a handle on the inside for removal of the screen, other than that I was very happy with the product..

I bought 3 windows from Panes. My experience was amazing. The website is so easy to navigate and to build exactly what you need. I ordered supply only. I went to their location to pick it up. It was so easy. The windows look great and solid. Feels like a good build. The best part about panes is their custom service and selection/ordering process. They were helping me any time I had a question. My windows were ready in 4 days after i submitted my order online. Other companies i quoted were saying 6 to 8 weeks before my windows would be ready. Once again amazing customer service and amazing quality product with low price tag. Strongly recommend.

After dealing with years of watery windows due to a cracked seal, and some windows that won't open without falling apart, we decided to finally replace them. I found Panes online and noticed they had a showroom near by in Toronto. They agreed to provide an estimate, arrived at the exact time they specified and made us a quote that was quite reasonable after a few estimates. They were good at explaining the options, didn't pressure us to spend more and the installation was fast and looks great. We now have a new bay window that opens and we can see through and back windows that open easily.
