I just had my first work out there today, have to say its a great gym! So much equipment i don't know what half of it dose haha. Vary friendly! So no one gave me a hard time for being new an not knowing alot lol definitely come here for a work out nice place !

There’s many great things to touch on in regards to a review. I’ll keep it short1. Gym equipment - always in good working order2. Always toilet paper, paper towel available3. Clean4. Set up well for beginner or expert lifters5. A lot of real gem equipment that’s not usually seen in small town gyms6. Price is decent, not the best, not the worstI’ll continue using this facility until I’m finished working in Dawson creek!

Hands down the best gym in Dawson Creek! The owners are extremely hands on and very helpful. Don't know how to use a machine? They'll demo it for you! The gym is so clean, and the atmosphere is incredible. Whether you're brand new to the gym, or you're a body builder this gym is top notch. All the equipment is brand new and so nice! The fact that there is a supplement store inside is just the icing on the cake. Forgot your preworkout? They got you covered! Need some new protein powder or a supplement? They've got that too! Go check this place out, you won't regret it!

Great gym. Equipment, staff, cleanliness were all excellent. Recommend if travelling through or staying for work. Ready made meals available are a great touch.

This gym is clean, I mean they are swifferin the hard to reach places on a rotating schedule type clean. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming. They have every piece of equipment you can imagine. Great options for drop in weekly or monthly. Perfect for the guys on LOA and trying to keep up the routine.Thanks for the great service true north team.
