I love,love this store ....The staff are friendly and helpful,the store is clean and they have alot of beautiful gifts or things you like for yourself.

The staff will approach you and ask if they can help, unlike other stores where it seems that they go out of their way to avoid you. Very helpful.However being a big chicken I get nervous around clerks who aren't wearing masks, and prefer to wait for a masked clerk to help me. I'm grateful that most of the employees @HH still wear masks.

The store has a wide variety of stuff. Very expensive though. Staff are nice. But soon as you walk through the store they are eyeballing you. Like if I need assistance I will ask. Parking lot is also terrible to get in or out of..

Shout out to Wanda in the paint department. She did a fantastic job of matching stain for me. I called another store to see if they could do it and was advised they couldn't. I took a chance at calling the North Sydney store and Wanda was more than willing to try and match it and she did an awesome job. Saved me some money plus she was very pleasant to deal with .

Very helpful staff by majority and what I like about them, they understand if you are not sure of the name, size, type etc. Of the item or don't know where to find what you are looking for and they offer help right away and assist you if you have heavy staff to move.

Amazing manager and staff truly focused on customer service which is so lacking elsewhere today. Other retailers should stop buy and see how customer service is delivered in North Sydney.

Beautiful items ,I don't even wanna leave ,lol.Also they offer their help aswell ,and not in an annoying way if I may say so myself. .Good prices, only a few things that I personally think shouldn't be as pricey as they are . Bottom line there the BEST!
