Telus Store - Authorized Dealer Custom Cellular

I went to this Telus store location yesterday to upgrade my iPhone! The associate who helped me was Jake. He was so beyond helpful and really made the experience above and beyond with his great customer service and personality. He was so incredibly polite and made the trip so enjoyable. He was a great help today. Thank you Jake from Telus!

After waiting in line for an hour, when it wasn't even busy! I watched the staff get up and walk away for breaks. Then the guy added online security and other services to my plan when I specifically told him I wad just there for a new phone and no extras. He told me to do the phone return plan to save $350 on the phone. He said it was a good deal, when simple math proves that simply isn't true. He also told me there was no way to retrieve the backup data from my old, broken phone when that also wasn't true, because I have since then finally managed to do it myself. LAZY AND SLEAZY!!

Took 2 hours to get two phones and two watches activated and after signing 4 contracts for each device and paying for everything got an email stating i canceled and i did not after 3 hours walked out of store empty handed with refunds due to telus claiming my acount fraudulent....not happy.its been two months since i posted this and recieved bills from telus. The manager has told me not to pay multiple times and now its in collections and affecting my personal credit score! When speaking to telus on the help line i was told they would call me back but never did. When trying to contact the store i was told the manager was avaliable and asked why i was calling. Once i told them why i was calling i was told she was in a meeting and no longer available.

Spoke with a rep by the name of James. Super service, not just trying to Upsell me on a phone I don’t need but genuinely gave me some solid advice, real down to earth guy. When it is time for a new phone I’m coming to this branch for sure.

Long waits and no one barely in store.then felt like they just wanted me to hurry up and go after waiting a good hour. Nice enough just not really hustle and help going on.

Worked with Brandy to get my new phone set up. She was phenomenal and super helpful with everything I needed. Wait times were a bit long, but with one of the only Telus stores open on a Saturday it's to be expected.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this store is truly awful. I went in because my phone was no longer able to be used and the lady who was working had no interest in helping me. Every question I asked about my options was met with a no". Can I call forward? (no)

The service I had was great. Jake was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I have never had that much fun buying a phone before.
