This was probably the cheapest of all the thrift stores but they adjusted their price higher in the last few months but still worth adding to your list of second hand store. There is always something new and the staff work really hard to make the place neat. They have everything except furniture.

Tis a thrift store but a good one. Super friendly staff in a large store. The selection is great for women's clothing, a fair bit smaller for men. The boutique section is a nice touch. You'll never have a problem finding parking. Tim Hortons is in the same parking lot. A variety store is next door. A clean organized store that is worth a visit.

Great clean store only reason for my 3 star review is because some of the prices here have gone way too high. At the front there is racks with higher end shoes and clothing, just simple mall brands like levis, gap, Nike, under armour etc. I saw USED men's levis t shirts with price tags for $18 each!, it's cheaper to get these at winners for $10. Some shoes with major wear for $35+ too. Just because they are brand name doesn't mean they are worth these prices at a thrift store. As I was shopping in the store I also noticed a few customers talking about how ridiculous the pricing has got and how they won't be returning. I'm sorry but you guys are a non profit thrift store. Please reevaluate your pricing on some items.

I believed in their cause very much. But asking them to come for a pick up for delivery is a waste of time. Not only do you take the time to pack boxes up for them to take but then they expect you to take it to ground level. That's just as bad as going to a store and paying for bags after you spend money on their products. So they won't come because I can't take the boxes outside even after I told them I am disabled and cannot do what they ask. What is with the bad attitude of retail stores and worse, second hand stores. Although they have a good cause for where the money goes to which I understand is the Men's Mission, they really don't want to work for it. Take your stuff somewhere else.

I shop at the York St location . I'm there twice a week.a few years ago you won my heart when the owner dressed a homeless man who was wet from the rain, 10 mins before closing and gave him a extra outfit.. ur programs are great and everyone should donate to your location.Unfortunately, another thift store changing prices doing on line bidding . More money . Greed . Taking away what everyone loves about you guys.. let's hope u don't get as bad as teliz where they have 499.00 shoes and not one person can show that there real regardless it's a donation how are ppl to afford that.. hope u guys get what ur mission is out for. I won't be paying 18.00 for a used Nike shirt.

Love this thrift store. I do my best to donate to thrift stores that offer vouchers to the people who truly need them, and this is one of them. Not to mention, you get a coupon for a discount on your purchase when you donate. Staff are always kind and attentive. Weekly sales where they discount specific tag colours. Highly recommend.Darn, after submitting a 5 star review earlier today, I popped in to browse a bit. It’s so disappointing when thrifting and you see something priced higher than the original price tag, like this photo paper originally from Dollarama. Major bummer.

What keeps me shopping at the mission store? Well it's a small list of things.....The prices are affordable for everybody.You can easily find what yourlooking for.The staff is very friendly and very helpful.There's tons of free parking.There's lots of space to move around so even when it's packed in the store it doesn't seem like it.OK I did say a small list so I'll leave it at that. Oh one more thing There's a Timmy's at the corner of there parking lot....Have a nice day!William!

Best not for profit thrift store in London. Reasonably priced and great deals to be had. The staff are friendly and happy and always eager to help!!!! My favourite pick if you love to thrift!!!!!

This is our favorite thrift store. We frequent thrift stores for many of our clothing needs (adult, kids and baby). I will say this thrift store is by far the most organized. Their prices are awesome. And the staff are super friendly.Donating is also painless and they give a 30% discount coupon for donating.

Great prices, found a lot of nice brand named clothes there. Prices are cheaper then I have ever seen. Friendly staff and family friendly place.
