What a great experience. My wife and I were looking to improve our basement, not so that it could be the Taj Mahal, but so that our two little boys would have great extra/new room to play in. Pat was immediately responsive, came to our house, listened to what we wanted, then did it exactly perfectly. Actually, his team did it perfectly. They (Pat, Mark and the new guy) were timely, professional, NICE and on budget. If we could give them six stars, we would. Thank you.

Needed stairs replaced for a second story deck and repairs to the entry door as a raccoon made a hole at the door jam. Took 4 tries to get it right. The first couple he used plywood instead of the siding already there and pieced it in.. I could have done that. Then the hole was still there and would have easily let water in. Finally his contractors fixed it correctly. However now two months since, the stairs no longer rest on the concrete slab so they are floating. Also they split the stringers when fastening the steps. Pat is a nice enough guy and I emailed him about this but no reply after almost a week. I will not use him again.

Did not finish the project we hired him for. He continually lied to us about ordering the window we needed to pass inspection and refused to answer phone calls to resolve the issue. I would not recommend working with this company.

Pat and his team are wonderful! He is truly one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. From the beginning of the process with the estimate, all the way through the entire deck remodel/addition, everything went seamless and stress free.His communication was exceptional and he let us know what was happening every step of the way. He was always honest and stuck to his estimate. The finished product was way above and beyond what we had envisioned!We couldn't be happier with our new two tier deck and we will definitely be using Pat again in the future.

Pat was very quick at responding to my request for estimate for replacing the skirting on our mobile home. We discussed on site what I wanted to accomplish, offered suggestions which we adopted, and advised he would order materials needed. This project was done during the Covid 19 pandemic. Pat and crew arrived on time and accomplished the job efficiently. Clean-up and removal of old skirting prior to departure. Highly recommend this company.

We can not say enough about Pat and Mark! They were with us for 9 months through the dead of winter helping to put our house back together. We purchased a home that had not been kept up for 16 years and was in a need of TLC. The original job was to replace all of our outside wood trim with Azek. They not only did that, but because of the underlying rot that was found, they also removed and replaced whole walls of siding, rotted headers, rotted framing, rotted under layment, and non-existent window flashing. They replaced a rotted and leaking 9-foot sliding glass door. At one point they even removed a two-story wall of windows that is already one story off the ground in order to replace rotted window and wall framing wood. We also had Pat and Mark caulk and repaint the whole exterior - I can't even begin to tell you the tens of dozens of tubes of caulk they used. They literally took our house apart from the outside in and then put it back together. Not finished yet, we had Pat and Mark build a deck for us that had to be shoehorned into a pie sliced area that was encumbered by an easement. The way they were able to lay the boards down is amazing because each board had to have a specific measurement and tack down strategy. Through all of this work they worked with our township to pull and close out the necessary permits. Pat and Mark are incredibly capable and proficient at their work, but most importantly they want their customers to be happy, they want to work with you and understand exactly how to meet your needs. I would have them back in a heartbeat.

Patrick and his crew added a new deck to our house. I have nothing but great things to say about their work. He was very easy to work with, cared about the design I had in mind, and executed the plan perfectly. I do not hesitate to recommend his work to any that are seeking an excellent contractor for their home project. You will be satisfied with their work.

This is my second time working with Pat and his crew.The first was a big job where he extended my porch. The second job, he moved a wall in my basement back by almost 2 feet. Both jobs he was fast, friendly, efficient, and most importantly reasonably priced. I 100% recommend him for any job big or small!

Work repairing broken water main was professional and done very quickly considering the amount of work needed and we also had him install a new main line shut-off. Will definitely call on him again if needed.
