I have been a loyal customer for about 20 years. Just less than a month after I had had all of my carpets cleaned by Chem Dry, my dog became quite ill and soiled the carpet in one small room. I was very disappointed when I was told not only that I would receive no special consideration but that I would have to wait for nearly 3 weeks for Chem Dry to visit my home to deal with the problem. I remember when it was a smaller, more personal and more service-oriented enterprise. I am not sure whether I will deal with your company again.

Second time using this service and would definitely recommend this company. Carpet dries up fast, and I really like that there are no harmful chemicals used. This is a trusted and professional company!

They are really expensive and result are the same as you can expect in half of the price from other carpet cleaning companies in town, the only thing is that the carpet dry in just couple of hours. They charged me $600+ for same amount of work that can be done in near $300, Also the bad part was that after paying them a lot for there services they will say that you had to clean up again when it dry out. If you ask them why I had to vacuum it again? then they will say every other company will say that because of the vacuum process so they should also charge the same amount as other companies do. I will not prefer them again, even if there is no option left in town, I will rent out a steam dryer vacuum and do it by yourself never ever calling them again. They are just using brand name for higher price.
