Amanda is awesome. We unfortunately had a mouse problem at one of our properties and they were able to solve it for us. We really appreciated having Amanda as our main point of contact and felt put first as the client. We later had an issue with pigeons on a property and while GreenLeaf doesn't treat for pigeons, Amanda was able to refer us to another company. I felt that Amanda took her customer service above and beyond and I would be happy to refer others to this company.

I called GreenLeaf about a week ago to deal with carpenter bees who were starting to burrow into a wood canopy that covers my patio. The technician George came by that evening. He was great to deal with and very efficient. The carpenter bees haven’t returned yet, so the treatment was very effective. If I have any pest problems in the future, I’ll be sure to call GreenLeaf again.

Highly recommend these guys for rodent inspection/extermination. While our situation was likely not as significant as others, we didn't know what we had. We contacted GreenLeaf for a quote for service on a possible rat issue in our house. The response (email) was fast, detailed and provided costs up front along with what they suspected the issue was.Calling to set up an inspection was very good. Ron took the time to listen, and asked additional questions to get all the details. I felt like he was in no hurry, and he was very friendly. He made suggestions that made me feel like I wasn't getting ripped off, he tried to ensure me he didn't want me spending money where I didn't have to on treatments that may not be necessary.The visit from their tech was also great. He spent time and effort to explore, provide insight, opinions, tips and set up bait stations / traps in areas I would not have considered. And the trap worked multiple times in less than a week! They knew what they were doing!Again, highly recommend.

On the phone, Amanda was extremely patient with us explaining what they can do and how the appointment will go. She also answered all our questions and was very helpful. She was so amazing to shift couple appointments around and fit us in on the same day!!When Bill arrived at our house, he was very professional and thorough when inspecting our house for potential mouse activities. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about mouse control and protection. He walked around the house pointing out areas of potential issues. He was very patient with us, as this is the first time in 15-20 years we been here. He was able to identify potential entry points and helped us temporarily cover some of them. He was so kind! After Bill left, we got suspicious of a mouse already eating a bait that we called Bill and he came right back to help us check couple of the baits.GreenLeaf was very professional, on time, responsive and catered to our needs.
