Two times in as many years Randall, and his amazing staff, has acted as my advocates in dealing with federal government inertia. After I had jumped all the required hoops, and still not accomplished my goal with the feds, I contacted Randall's office and within 10 days of requesting an advocate, each time, my goals were effectively accomplished. I am thrilled with the commitment the staff have toward constituents. They are there for us!
