Meal in a Jar Inc.

As a member of the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, we have had the opportunity to try multiple different offerings from Meal in a Jar. Not only is the food delicious, but the idea of having a meal that is easy to transport is incredible!

Such a super idea and so tasty! It is the perfect gift for my daughter who is in University - I know she will at least have a few healthy meals!

My mom had passed away and a good friend gifted us a Meal in a Jar delivery. It was a very thoughtful and practical gift. There was something for everyone in the family to choose from, healthy salads to hearty beef noodle dishes. It was refreshing to have some creative recipes that we would not normally make. The service was very convenient to use, and meal prep was simply to pour onto a plate and heat if appropriate, this was fantastic as our lives turned chaotic so quickly. I have tried other meal delivery programs and found everyone must eat the same meal. Meal selection can be tricky but with Meal in a Jar, we could each select a meal of our choosing and the kids would still be eating healthy while reserving the right to be choosey. We found compared to other meal services that although boasting fresh ingredients they also had high calorie plates, Meal in a Jar was both FRESH and HEALTHY. This is a great way to do a new kind of fast food.

Meal in a Jar has solved my lunch (and dinner) blues forever! Between work, family, and attempting to get to the gym there is just no time to prepare healthy meals. With Meal in a Jar I know I am getting all the right nutrients to get me through the day.

Man Oh man, Meal in a jar (or MIAJ as I affectionately call them) has been satisfying my hunger needs for literally months. Professionally prepared meals (by an award winning chef) fresh, healthy, ready for the road. Swing on in, talk to Carson, he will lift your spirit and fill your shopping bag with jars of only the good stuff.

I love Meal in a Jar! Not only is it delicious, I never have to feel guilty about it... and neither does my wallet. I challenge anyone to try and prepare a delicious, healthy meal of this quality for under $20.00. I buy a few different jars each week for variety, and enjoy healthy meals on the go all week long. It's a no-brainer.

This is an ingenious way to stick to your health goals in a YUMMYYYY way! Meal in a Jar was a great gift for my best friend and it serves as a great complement to my meals on a regular basis. Would highly recommend it :D

LOVE IT! I have my meals waiting for me when I get back from class or work in my fridge. Takes the hassle out of cooking after a long day in order to eat healthy. Truly redefining fast food.
