Do not order nx phev model. I ordered year 2022 nx. and still did not get mine. simple black color. Now lexus reserve year 2024 model. if you order year 24 model you will be luckey to get 2026 in my personal opinion. I contacted lexus corp. told me they do give info to dealer only. so i went dealer , and ask about it. they got no clue when they will get car. i probalbly order tesla over nx. $5000 cheaper and can get in 3 months.

Purchased a new 2023 Lexus in December of 2022 and was only given one key for the vehicle. At the time of purchase was only told of the one key issue after payment was made. Was told second key would be provided soon. As of June 2023 still have not got second key and Lexus customer service will not provide the key or a date when one will be provided. Lexus sends complaints to the dealer and then the dealer tells you to talk to Lexus, they are a circle of dissatisfaction. Not the Luxury experience expected from this brand!

Lexus Canada is useless and does not backup there carsWhen you complain about poor service from a Lexus dealership, Lexus Canada indicates the dealership is independent! So why doesn’t the vehicle have the dealership logo as the brand, @Lexuscanada does not support the customer who buy the cars and only supports dealerships who are disrespecting to the customers property.I have never been so disappointed with a manufacturer like Lexus Canada and will never support or promote a Lexus brand again. If dealership are independent, then stop place Lexus logo’s on the vehicles. You have definitely lost a loyal customer and other family and friends of mine

I have purchased a new Rx500h 2023, two day after I took delivery Service engine light came on, took it to Dealer, and they could not find any issue. They reset, and ask to drive it again. Few days after it came on again, still they could not find anything, They reach out to Lexus Canada and they this is where the Support went down hill. They don’t know what the issue is, their customer service don’t give you update, and they not willing to do anything. My Rx is still in the shop, with only 200km.. What a disaster of Service… By the Way the Dealer I got the car from is excellent, very helpful. But no support from Lexus Canada.. Next step is CAMVAP, Transport Canada or maybe court.

Bought a new ES 350 six months ago.I was really excited that I'm buying one of the biggest luxury Japanese brand with the trust of Toyota behind their name. But to my surprise the quality of their manufacturing is the worse than a Hyundai. The car was missing one of the fuses from factory with which the heated and ventilated seats work. And it was not so that cold or hot in Vancouver and I hadn’t used the feature. But i went for the 1st service in which they are supposed to check if everything is working fine. They washed the car for me and said everything is fine. A month or 2 later when i actually tried to use the heated seats. It wasn’t working. So I went to a different service centre this time and they checked for a day. Opened almost all the panels and couldn’t find the problem and told me to come another day. After reaching home i saw the panels were not put back together as they should have been. They were falling apart. So much for a luxury brand’s attention to detail. I have pictures of the same which i have shared with the service centre and also JD power survey. The service centre guy was like its a small thing we may have forgot. So next time they actually found the problem that the fuse was missing from factory which was infuriating.Since that day the car’s panels are making some irritating noise inside, which i got because of no fault of mine. But when i told them during the next service appointment that there is some noise which you created while fixing the ventilated seats issue. They were like its better if you live with it because if we try to fix it, it may cause more noises. I am very disappointed with this behaviour from a world renowned Luxury brand.

What an absolute horror of an experience and it has nothing to do with parts shortage because my vehicle is complete and I have the VIN yet from its ready date of oct 29 it was to be delivered to my lexus dealer on the 31 and this was missed. My dealer told me that lexus canada emailed and said nov 3 for sure so i would need insurance and everything setup to pickup nov5. Sold my car got the money and insurance setup to find out AGAIN NO DELIVERY. my car is done and we have have no vehicle anymore and this pathetic company wont even do anything or give some real info. At a $2000 freight charge to go an hour from cambridge to toronto isnt already pathetic but they wont even release my truck. I hope the truck turns out to be better than this company and its customer service in canada. After 3 days I cant even get lexus canada to call me back or talk to me at all.

The Lexus" aura used to carry a lot of significance which is completely gone for me as a consumer. As they say

Completely and utterly useless department. Why even exist if you are not going to make an ounce of effort to investigate and hold any of your dealerships accountable for the poor and dishonest services that they do? Get your act together.

Windshield defect from day 1 and brought to their attention on the 2nd day. Dealership investigated and found an issue (all lights create multiple layers of light, picture of traffic light attached for reference) but Lexus Canada claims thats a standard view from their windshield. Literally causes you to be dizzy when driving, specially at night time. 2022RX450h. @lexuscanada claims they back their warranty but in this case its not warranty. Offered me $1000 to ignore this issue, how can I ignore it when it is a Safety defect. Case #3506967.

My 2022 350H driver and rear door handles would not open on days of minus temperature. No doubt Lexus is aware of this problem given the number of people who documented this, but initially shook it off as frozen doors, even a suggestion that I did not know how to open… From December to January I had to crawl through the passenger door of my car (classy and safe). A rental was authorized for me by Lexus Canada for February while they tried to resolve the issue, since February had only one cold day this year Lexus could not see the problem and I was asked to return the rental end of February. March was unusually cold so the problem commenced again. Lexus dealership advised me to contact Lexus Canada since they must authorize an extension for a rental, I did because it was unsafe to drive my car.I was assigned to Amanda at Lexus Canada who was prepared to defend, it appeared as if she dealt with thousands of unhappy Lexus customers with car troubles. I explained how unsafe it was to drive a car that I cannot get into in a city and era where carjacking and vehicle theft was up almost 60% and Lexus products LEAD the list. She responded that the problem could not be duplicated (in warm February when my car sat at the dealership) so as far as she was concerned, there was no problem. I was shocked since I was not disputing a $500 mobility bill but a $70,300 vehicle which has a technical unsolved issue of doors not opening, and I was expecting at least excellent - if not better, customer service than from my mobility company. Lexus Canada thought my problem would disappear with the warm weather and by the next minus temperature, they will have a fix.Caseworker Amanda stopped speaking for 30 seconds at a time if I merely said “oh as she brushed off issue. I had to keep saying “hello
