I was referred by a friend to come here and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. Everyone from the receptionist to mechanic and beyond was extremely polite. I had an unusual sound coming from my back right axel and expressed some concern, they had initially quoted me at a fair price and I agreed to move forward. When I came back to pickup my car they let me know it took less time than they initially anticipated and lowered my total bill. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking to have work done on their car no matter how big or small the job.

I was involved in a rear end collision and stumbled upon Markham Laidlaw Auto Centre. Stanley took it upon himself to communicate with the insurance, set me up with the rental car and helped repair my car using only the best parts. He was very professional and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. The car was returned super clean and drives like brand new from the dealership. Super happy with the result and definitely recommend this place! They have an excellent team and the work speaks for itself.

Went in after sustaining minor damage to the front bumper of my car. Staff was very helpful and quick in ordering new parts and working with me to book my appointment. I was due for an oil change as well so they were able to do one at the same time as the repair. Very convenient and excellent service!

Everyone working here is very professional and they are all car experts. My infiniti is stunning after repairs and detailing. They managed to fix it up perfectly and took the time to be patient with me listening to my concerns about my engine- they did end up solving the problem in the end for me. Melody is very friendly and helpful. I’ve had experiences in past with other dealers that were not patient with me and I never felt confident they could tend to my car properly but I’ve always had a great experience here.

I brought my camry in to get my brake booster replaced and had my car touched up without any issues as all the scratches and paint problems were all dealt with.
