Driver dropped off wrong package, when trying to contact this local fed ex location a operator answered the line and when I told them my issue I was met by three minutes of silence and then had a computer ask me to do a survey on how I felt about the customer service. Wow guys

Probably one of the rudest encounter I have ever had in my life. I was waiting for a package I had someone home all day, I got the notice that it had been delivered...no package ...no ring of the doorbell...no door hanger saying anything. I called and was asked what do you expect me to do?" They ended up finding my package and delivered it
