Water heater blew on a Sunday night. A friend recommended I call Gandy. I called Monday morning and within half an hour John and Morgan were at my door. They quickly diagnosed the problem, which required a new install. They gave great advice on replacements and options to fit the needs of the family. Within a few hours we had hot water again. Prompt, professional company, courteous and knowledgeable crew. Thanks!!

Super happy with my new hot water tank and furnace! Everyone was friendly and respectful. When explaining the process and how things worked each person I spoke to was very clear and patient. All the technicians cleaned up good, no mess left and they even fixed my doors hinge! Very appreciative and happy with the service!

Really appreciated their thoroughness and professionalism. We had a big job with several tasks: install 2 new heating vents with ducts, install air conditioning, which also meant installing electrical wires on the side of the house, installation of instant hot water tank, and replacement of some old plumbing with Pex. I was very impressed with their work and knowledge. The electrician did a fabulous job making sure the wires looked neat and tidy on the side of the house. The ducts and heating vents were installed very cleanly with clean cover up of any holes.When installing the air conditioning they noticed some issues with our furnace installation which they kindly repaired on their own initiative with no charge.The only issue was with the plumbing-When draining the hot water tank they put the hose right into our front grass so now there is a large dead patch of grass. My teenage son noticed partway through so we got them to move it to the gravel but it would have been nice if they had asked where they should drain it as this could have avoided ruining our grass. We also asked for a quote to replace all of the plumbing in the house as we need to put in Pex. I still haven’t heard back on the quote so I guess they don’t want the business for this. The payment was a little unclear for me but hopefully this will get sorted out in the end.Overall though quality workmanship I will definitely use them again for future work as I know they do good work. The salesman’s Rob was really helpful in identifying issues I didn’t even know we had (return air vent in the basement was required). I’m glad I used a professional company and I look forward to using our A/C in the summer! And a bonus now is that our house is up to code and we don’t run out of hot water. Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for the dead grass.

Approached Gandy Installations for a heat pump installation for our townhouse complex. While the process is complicated for townhouse complex and involving a lot of parties, sales rep (Rob) was willing to work with us and hear our needs. He kept me in the loop through the long application process and put me at ease.Installation team was great, friendly and flexible. They listened to our needs and were very approachable when we have questions. The team took good care of my home while they were inside by having mats on the floor, taking their shoes off / wearing booties, and cleaning up after each day. I have been told that Gandy's pricing is a bit on the high end but it is totally worth it. You can trust this team to do the right job. Shout out to Sean, Tyler, Matt and others for the great work. Will highly recommend Gandy for anyone who's looking to install a heat pump.

Very competent technician (Cam). Good communication skills, and pleasant and friendly. I am very pleased with the service. I also am pleased with the telephone friendliness of the answering service and receptionist. I also appreciated being informed of the time line of the technician attending. Communicating with the client is often neglected.In general, this recommendation from a friend, Ken Poole, a client of yours, was very satisfying. A job well done.

Requested an air conditioning quote from Gandy as my strata recommended them. They didn't get back to me, so I followed up multiple times for weeks until they they finally gave us a quote after I escalated this with their central office. I then asked some follow-up questions but they never got back to me. Decided to go with a different company (Moore and Russell) who provided far superior customer service.

Shout out to Cameron the technician sent out to me. He was professional, courteous and informative from start to finish. He listened and addressed all my concerns as well as finishing up in a timely manner, just in time for the summer heat! Every interaction I've had with Gandy from their office employees to maintenance technicians have been superb. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services!

I signed a contract with Gandy and installed an air conditioner. When I asked for an estimate, I was so surprised. Rob, who helped me with my estimate and consultation, really! It was an expert. He checked exactly what I was curious about, what I needed, and explained it in detail. Also, he proceeded with the contract at a very reasonable price.Also, I was very surprised when I installed the air conditioner. Ethan and Brent visited at the right time, and they carried out the whole process perfectly and finished it perfectly with the skill of a professional.
