This place is amazing!!I have gone twice for piercings, one for my young daughter (she was 3 at the time) and one for me. (I'm 43)They are extremely helpful and kind. I (and my daughter when she went a few years back) felt instantly at ease. Any stress or worries about how it would feel were released, the experience was actually fun and the aftercare support is clear and I've been very confident.The first time we made an appointment so my daughter could get both ears done at the same time.My most recent time was a spontaneous birthday present to myself (single upper ear piercing). I was a walk-in appointment and I was able to be seen really fast and they were so helpful when I was picking out the jewelry.I highly recommend this place, for whatever age! Truly an exceptional experience.

Had my 5th tattoo done by Olaf. Incredible work and artistry. He was professional, took time to suggest placement of the tattoo, and also created a fun environment for the process. Def one of my better experiences. Highly recommended.

Went in for a couple piercings yesterday. Lia is incredible and fun to talk to. She was super detail oriented and professional, I had a terrific experience with her.

My 7 year-old daughter got her ears pierced here today and told me that when she has children one day, she will definitely bring them here to get their ears pierced by the really nice lady.

I got my nose pierced by Micheal who was very professional while still being funny and efficient.They had a good selection of stainless steel, titanium and gold jewellery at different price points.The studio was well lit and clean and all the equipment was sterile. Aftercare instructions were very clear, I was given a written copy as well as told that it was available on their website.The piercing went well and he was obviously confident and comfortable which made me feel more comfortable. I’ll be back if I decide to get more piercings!

Extremely unprofessional and completely over-rated. Said to be one of the best places to get pierced in Montreal but I’ve been here multiple times and every time I have been utterly disappointed.The first time the piercer made a mistake he had to re pierce what he had already pierced once which was very painful. (I payed 100$+tax regardless) Throughout the whole process the piercer was very rude and he didn’t even apologize for his mistake, he thought it was funny. The next few times has just been to ask some questions and buy jewelry and the staff were mostly all dismissive and taunting to me and my company. It’s a good place to get your piercings but it is definitely not the best.

First time there.. had a big fear of piercing but Sam was great doing it and giving advices.Very nice team ! Good experience
