I have been purchasing all of my hot tub essentials with Steve and his phenomenal staff for many years now. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have.

We've been dealing with Swim Blue, Steve and all his fantastic staff for 21 years. They are always extremely helpful and resourceful in solving issues involving our pool and hot tub. He holds workshops to teach about caring for our pool correctly. Not only is he an exemplary businessman, Steve is also very generous in giving back to the community.

Every time I go to Swim Blue I am greeted by friendly staff. They provide a great service experience. Free water testing and store full of items needed for my pool and hot tub. I like supporting this local business and will keep coming back.

Great service! We've had to deal with new spa and pool heaters and a pool pump this year, but through this Travis has been amazing... knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. It's been a pleasure to deal with Swim Blue since we moved here two years ago. Highly recommended for everything from regular service, water testing to installing heaters and pumps.

Steve and his friendly staff provide great pool & hot tub services for South Delta!Since we moved into our home with a pool 5 years ago, I have been using them for my day to day pool testing & supplies. We installed a hot tub 1 year ago, where there is a bit more of a learning curve to keep everything balanced. They really helped me learn the ropes of hot tub care! Knowledgeable, honest and all around a very nice guy. We would 110% reccomend Travis and Swim Blue Pools. We bought our home in November and have never owned a pool. It was winterized and we needed help reassembling the pump, heater, filter, etc. plus adding all the right chemicals and salt (as our pool is salt water) Travis didn't just show up and do the job he walked us through every step. He fixed a broken component on our filter so we didn't have to wait for and buy an entire new one. He was reliable and communicative. After having an appalling experience with another company we were so thankful and relieved to find Travis. Good help is hard to find nowadays. Travis will not disappoint.

Have been a customer for 10+ years and have always found Steve et.al. very knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years Swim Blue has facilitated the repair and maintenance of both a pool and hot tub. I have found Steve to be very good at diagnosing problems that I have had whether it has been a chemical imbalance or equipment failure. When new, or repair of, equipment was required I found that their prices were competitive. My latest 'toy' was a robot pool cleaner, again at a competitive price. A wide array of chemicals have always been available in-store to meet my needs when I've needed them. Overall I am very pleased with Swim Blue.

I have been in Tsawwassen for 8 years and owning a swimming pool, have gone through the good the bad and the ugly in terms of pool maintenance and service. Travis and Swim Blue have been absolutely fantastic. From start to finish they have maintained and kept my pool in amazing shape. They are so nice to deal with and honestly I am now a customer for life. The chemicals they sell, which I had formerly bought from Canadian Tire, are way way better quality and worth every penny of the extra investment they cost. The ones from.Canadian Tire never kept the pool water clean and cloud free. The ones Travis sells have kept the pool water sparkling blue all season. When it goes a little cloudy after heavy use from kids with sun screen etc, I add some pool shock and it clears it straight away. Swim Blue are hands down the best pool maintenance company in the lower mainland take it from me I have tried all of the competition and there is no comparison with their level of service.

Steve has been extremely helpful and he’s very patient with our pool. Our pool is very difficult to maintain, but with their team’s expertise and hard work the pool looks much better now.
