Worst speed of service in Drive Thru. I don’t know it was only today or always. Owner Check the camera for today (June 5) between 12:50PM to 1:05PM around. Super slow. I was stuck and reached my destination late due to that. And yes, Everything Bagel was not good and nit enough butter, was dry

We popped into Tim Hortons on Highway 11 on our way back to Ontario this morning. We spent $25. All of our sandwiches were built wrong. We did not get our hashbrowns. We did not get our donut And one coffee was made wrong. I understand. The store was very busy, but it is very frustrating.

I've been buying here for over 12 years... every morning, 7 days a week, and order the same thing. Service WAS always good until the last couple years.. I may get what I ordered 50% of the time and that's being generous. Today was the last straw for me... they give me something I didn't order because the staff can ring it in correctly, and then expect me to take it because that's what was on the screen... not one more cent from me.... unfortunately nothing will be done by me posting this... they'll just continue to rake in the cash.

Short staffed most of the time. Tables, floor and bathroom not cleaned often enough - no one to clean. Drive thru busy all the time but seems to move quickly. Food is good, standard Tim's anywhere. Some days dine-in closed which might be due to lack of staff.Staff are good folk, that don't look too happy, exhausted to working too many days in a row or longer hours. Management needs to address the problem. It's the only Tim's in town as opposed to other places in many towns/cities.

Me and my family always go here, during one of the bad storms we've had over the last few weeks, Sharron and her team took care of us amazingly and I can guarantee we'll be back

This was by far the worst Tim's I have ever been to. We were in drive through for 25 mins. Disorganized and way, way way to slow. There is no reason to be stuck in a line up for that length of time. You need to do better..
