When we get a lot of snow they show up at some point. My driveway usually has more the two inches in it lately. I believe that was in the service agreement.I have sent off emails and have had no response.In previous years, I feel this company was better. I am not sure what has changed.I never once contemplated not renewing my contract, but I feel that next winter I will get my own snowblower and deal with the snow myself.I miss the the Edgewood of the past. Perhaps, before they procured so many clients?I wish them luck...
