I took the trip from Montreal to Ottawa and back. The service was very punctual and the car was simple and nice. The ongoing driver was but rash and negligent in driving. I felt a bit scared while going. But the return driver was very pleasant and nice. The service was simple and cheap. Would recommend their service. Hope that driver is bit careful while driving. Rest all were good.

I really appreciated this transportation experience to get to Ottawa. The car was very comfortable. The driver was very nice and very careful. He knew how to avoid traffic jams. I recommend this mode of transport without hesitation.

We booked the Gatineau to Montreal Tour Express and the air conditioning was broken on a 33 degree day. We should have been told that ahead of time and/or offered a discount. One of the other passengers also had strong body odor. Other than that, the driver was polite and the seats were comfortable and the driver arrived on time and we got to our destination on time.

Tour Express were right on time and delivered me comfortably to the airport in Montreal more efficiently than if I had flown there. I will use this service again. Considering how often the airlines are late, it was nice to be assured of a timely arrival at about 20% the cost.

I would have given 5 stars but, because the Montreal departure address listed - 510 Saint Catherine - cannot be found (nothing written such that number in the street) I give 3 stars only. I almost missed the transportation, looking for that number!!!

I took a trip from Ottawa to Montreal during the evening. The service was punctual. It arrived to Montreal on time. But the driver was talking on the phone loudly at the beginning of the trip, which was a bit annoying. And I also feel that he was a bit careless while driving. Overall it was a an OK trip.

The experience was fantastic. Spotless Mercedes minivan picked us up on time. Stopped for snacks etc... Driver was excellent and customer focused. Got us to Montreal is excellent time. Great price. Will be using this service vs. train or bus. Much better!

I rated this a 5 out of 5 because the ride went absolutely well. Clean vehicle and smooth ride, punctual and on time arrival. Definitely will be using their services when I visit Ottawa again.
