CoolWrap2Go was amazing to work with. They (and especially Nicole) went above and beyond to get my product to me as promised. They were even earlier than promised and would have been great had FedEx not completely screwed the delivery up even with everything documented. However, Nicole and CoolWrap2Go kept me abreast of exactly what was going on even though FedEx wasn’t helping much at all. They even called on the weekend to give updates as they had them. They product eventually arrived and were perfect and we were able to use them on round 2 of our event. I would highly recommend CoolWarap2Go and have to friends and will DEFINITELY be using them again. Awesome folks to work with.RobbTexas.

Great customer service, they went above and beyond. Also the quality and price was excellent. I highly recommend these neck gaiters. We are using them for a fundraiser and they have been a big hit.
