Service was amazing and so was the food!! My family and I had a great time dining here. Staff are so friendly and patient. Food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every single bite! Highly recommend coming here!

I booked a private room weeks in advance. On arrival they had moved our group out of that space into the dining area, to a space not large enough for our group. When I spoke to staff I was told that I had either not booked the space or someone who took the reservation was in error. No apology. One person arrived 10 minutes after we ordered. The waitress assured them they had time as she had not yet put in our order anyway. From a service perspective I give them one star.

Went to Milestones for late night happy hour (after 9p.m.). We ordered a couple drinks, I went with a $5 dollar pint and the g.f. got a mile high bellini. Great prices for drinks. We both ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burgers were great, the patties had flavour and bacon was tasty plus the vegetable toppings were fresh. Our server Adrienne was friendly, brought out the drinks and food quickly and came back to check everything was to our liking. 3 drinks and two burgers came to $53, amazing value. I would recommend and return to this location.

Delicious lunch at this Milestones location,I had the Sandwich trio which was roasted mushroom soup,chicken sandwich on a ciabatta bun,and a California salad,all was flavourful and a perfect portion for lunch.

The server was nice but forgetful and the food was okay. The steaks weren’t as flavourful as we thought it would have been but good thing we got the gravy so that helped a lot with flavour. The portions were generous tho.The spinach dip reminded me a lot of the Tostitos dip but because it was happy hour, we got it at half the price so it was fine.The bellini, however, was amazing. Sadly I ordered a second round of it but it never came because the server forgot about it so that didn’t really sit well with me especially when I ordered it around the same time as when my steak got to our table and she only remembered about it when I finished my steak so I couldn’t enjoy a Bellini with my steak.We were also celebrating our friend getting a job and the server specifically told us that she would get a dessert on the house at the start of our service so we ordered one at the end of our meal but after paying for our bill, we waited and waited and the server never got back to us with our friend’s dessert so we just left.I feel like this experience could have been better but sadly it wasn’t and it was our first time dining here. Don’t know if we’ll come back tho.

The atmosphere was very cozy and comforting and very modern. It’s perfect for every occasion or simply for some good food. Our waitress, Nicole (SHOUTOUT TO HER!) was very warm, welcoming, kind and every other positive word in the dictionary of course not forgetting the other kind waiters/waitresses that served us due to an abundance of people. I ordered the steak sandwich. The steak was grilled to perfection and nothing short of succulent, the bread was toasted and satisfyingly flaky. It was very filling and affordably priced. I WOULD 200%RECOMMEND!

For context, we had reserved 16 seats for a friend's birthday dinner, and went in with the hope of a relaxing, celebratory meal. However, the customer service was far from ideal. A vegetarian, gluten-free friend of mine was ordering food for which they gave her alternatives (and she then ordered). However, after the entire table got their food, they told her that they no longer had the gluten-free options, and when she was ready with her order - the waiting staff simply did not show up to take her order. While I understand the limitations of a gluten-free diet, their inability to communicate in a timely manner and forgetting to take orders was simply inexcusable (not to mention that some food was even dropped when arriving at the table). Now, I understand that because we were a large group, getting every order right would have been difficult. But there were numerous times when the waiters would come to the table with food that was not ours, putting us under the impression that the food was ready, when really it would take another 10-15 minutes.Despite this poor customer service, it was not all bad. The food itself was cooked well, and we had good reviews from the entire table (some of our meals are attached in the images). Overall, the food is great, but the associated customer service makes the prices simply unreasonable.
