I am almost certain that the dentist here diagnosed me with four cavities that I didn't actually have just to get to do more work in my mouth ($$$). Be vigilant.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting centre belle dents for the first time, and I must say that the experience was beyond disappointing. The owner, who also happens to be a dentist, displayed an outrageous level of unprofessionalism, prioritizing money over patient care. My encounter with them was not only utterly disgusting but also a clear indication of their disregard for ethical practices.It became abundantly clear that the primary concern of the owner was profit, rather than providing quality dental care. Throughout my appointment, their sole focus seemed to be upselling unnecessary treatments and pressuring me into expensive procedures. This money-driven approach overshadowed any genuine interest in my oral health and well-being as a patient.Moreover, the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the owner was deeply disheartening. Their demeanor was condescending and disrespectful, leaving me feeling devalued and unheard. It was evident that they lacked empathy and failed to establish a trusting and caring relationship with their patients.The deplorable nature of my visit extended beyond the owner’s behavior. The overall cleanliness of the practice was subpar, with unattended clutter and visible neglect. This unsanitary environment further reinforced my belief that profit was prioritized over maintaining a safe and hygienic setting for patients. I strongly advise potential patients to carefully evaluate their options and seek a dental practice that values patient well-being over monetary gain. The behavior and practices exhibited by the owner of Centre belles dents are not reflective of the ethical standards and professionalism expected from healthcare providers.

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI just had my first dentist appointment at Centre Belle Dents, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The owner, who is also the dentist, demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism throughout my visit. One glaring issue was the absence of gloves during the examination, which is a fundamental aspect of maintaining proper hygiene and patient safety.Additionally, I found the dentist's demeanor to be consistently rude, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. It felt as though their primary focus was solely on financial matters rather than providing quality care and addressing patients' concerns.As a first-time patient, I had hoped for a positive experience and a sense of trust in the dental professional's abilities. However, Centre Belle Dents failed to meet these expectations, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and uneasy about continuing my dental care there.I strongly encourage the owner and staff to reassess their approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, proper hygiene practices, and a patient-centered approach.I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts necessary improvements at Centre Belle Dents and helps them create a better experience for future patients.

Courteous warm service, they have my best in hearthighly recommended

They were there to make money and not shy make me fell it. During all my appointment, they keep saying they had other customers. They were on a rush which was very stressful for me. Who like being stressed at the dentist office?They didn't look properly at my insurance cover so I had to pay 130$ and they extra charged me 25$ because I wanted my results and radiographies.It's the worst dentist I've ever been. They didn't have an dental hygienist so the dentist (very busy) made me the dental cleaning real quick and not well.When you call for an appointment it's hard to get an answer and when you get there no one seems to know how works the computer. Also I asked them about my radio and results to fix my problem (not with them) and the (new) dentist told me the radios weren't good enough so I have to take them again.

Summary: I went here in need of a root canal coming from another dentist. I could give the long story, but it is a long one. To keep it short, 4 appointments later I wasn’t even half way through my root canal and was in terrible pain. Dr. Krimi went on vacation leaving me with a hole in my tooth and told me to put “Scott Paper Towel” to plug it. Dr. Krimi told me after that appointment he is a “holistic” dentist. I immediately got an appointment with a recognized dentist who was appalled at the work that was being done. Again, excruciating pain, used my insurance on random codes (none of which were root canal). I even have a text from the Dr. stating he would reimburse for part of the work, and he never did. I have not heard a word from them after many email exchanges.Not to mention the unprofessional forms of communications from everyone, including the receptionists.All this to say, please avoid! Do yourself a favour. It is not worth the pain it has caused me physically, financially, and mentally.

Best office I have gone honest, down to earth, made me feel at home . Very friendly office they like classical music and love caring ...

Overall I really like this guy. He’s interesting, and clearly very knowledgeable within his field. Seems trustworthy and well-intentioned to me. I enjoy going here.

The man at the clinic didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. His uniform looks so ripped and old. I also heard him in the other room making fun of me while I was in the chair.

Great service honest and upfrontThey know their business have been there for more than 35 years...nice faithfull ,...Best ask....they dont take RAMQ for now....highly recommended
