Une expérience incroyable. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme des personnes avec qui nous avons eu à faire so t remarquables. Nous avons pu dormir dans 2 types de chalets différents (the guest house et le loup marin), tous 2 très bien équipés (Bbq, cafetières,...) ont un charme différent et inoubliable. Un grand merci

The place is great and the staff is very nice. The cabines are well decorated and you got everything you need in there.

Great place to rent a private cottage with a beautiful view of the Bic Park. Spent three nights in L’hermite cottage and loved it. Exceptionally clean, very well appointed with all amenities, ample bathroom towels, and thoughtful extras you normally don’t find (olive oil, espresso, snacks, good salt and pepper) plus ample quality kitchen wear; cooking pots/pans, nice wine glasses...Very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Staying here is a splurge for sure and first impression might be that it’s not easy to justify the premium, but the more you understand how this dauntingly perplexing labour of love came to be: historic houses saved from an ingnoble fate, disassembled, relocated and lovingly reassembled on improbable cliffside sites with thoughtfully reclaimed decor (paddles as curtain rods!) it ends up feeling like an exclusive privilege to be in the know that a place like this exists. The views from the cabins and the decadent services like the option to have bread so freshly-baked it’s still warm delivered to your door in the morning are just some of the many delights of the wondrous site. The only advice is bring everything if you plan on cooking, only salt, pepper and some coffee/sugar are provided. The office offers prepared gourmet meals which we bought to take home, but no staples like milk or butter. In summer you can get fresh herbs and eggs (although the chickens don’t seem to be allowed out of their very confined henhouse, sadly) which is a great perk! Otherwise be prepared to bring or buy supplies, including Tupperware, ziplocks or plastic wrap for leftovers. Overall, worth the splurge and the most enticing lodgings in the Bic/Rimouski area by far.
