This funeral home will definitely take care of you perfectly and will help you through the difficult time. I cannot stress enough on how professional and kind that they are. The staff members are so perfect and are so honest. They will take all the time you need and are so patient with the whole process. If you want the best this is the place to go. On top of that the place is beautiful. The staff I was speaking to the most specifically is Patrica Peter who honestly made the whole process easy and helped me so much which made me and my family comfortable. Ben and Harminder are also professional and very kind. I’m honestly so happy and will definitely recommend this funeral home.

My wife of 25 years passed away to soon when she found out that her cancer had spread. She died in my arms at home.Initially I talked to other funeral homes but found them abrupt in their conversations with me. My daughter Lisa suggested Lotus funeral services as she had been to a friends funeral there. We visited the funeral facility and discussed my wife's wishes with David. He was very empathic and tactful to my families wishes and gave positive advice to help in our time of morning.Although my wife's passing has been painful, the funeral arrangements did not add to our families grief. If you are in a similar situation and are at a loss as to who should be taking care of your loved one then pay a visit to the Lotus Funeral Centre, discuss with their professional staff and decide for yourself. They displayed their expertise when my family needed it the most. I've attended funerals for a few family members at Lotus. The facility is large enough for big families, and there is a lot of parking (though with our family there is plenty of overflow, and there was no worry of tickets). The staff is wonderful, and the move from viewing, funeral, cremation is seamless. Appreciation to the owner and staff. You surely make it easy on the families.

Lotus employs an incredible staff that make a painful occasion as painless as possible.Their care and dedication to detail was amazing, and my father's farewell was a beautiful and emotional experience.Special thanks to harminder, who went out of his way to be accomodating.

We held a funeral during the peak of Covid-19. Due to government regulations, we were only allowed a total of 10 people at the funeral; We were allowed to slot in 10 people at a time for visitations. It was not a pleasant way to plan a funeral. However, Lotus made it as easy and as compassionate as possible, under the circumstances. They also had all the funeral supplies readily available so that I did not have to go out of my way to purchase the supplies at a pooja store. Even though our family had to contend with Covid-19 restrictions, Lotus’ staff made things a bit more seamless and assisted with empathy. They were also able to ensure the link to the funeral Zoom meeting worked. Very economical. Rites were done in timely fashion. Lovely staff.

Just this past weekend on Saturday March 6th around 10:30am my wife lost her grandmother – she was 103 years old. She passed away peacefully at her sisters home when we got the phone call. Our families gathered and we spent the day together crying and remembering her life. We took steps to notify the required authorities and begin Funeral arrangements.My uncle suggested a new Funeral home he had heard of in Toronto called Lotus Funeral home. I googled and found the details and contacted them. Four of us went to meet with the manager at the funeral home. Upon arrival we had to use hand sanitizer and have face masks on at all times and in the meeting room we had to be spread out apartfrom each other. They were very supportive of our loss and took the time to explain to us our choices. Helped us choose a casket and even the flowers. We picked a date and time for the funeral which was today from 8am to 10pm. They explained to us that only 10 people were allowed into the building at a time for a very limited amount of time then after those 10 people left the building then they would need time to clean the viewing room and once cleaned then another group of ten people could go in to pay their respects. This process would go on for the duration of the two hours. Each group member had to be identified before being allowed to enter from a group list given in advance with allotted times. I was simply amazed at how professional and caring the manager and staff were with us. Covid-19 lock down restrictions has made this a bitter sweet memory for my family but the management and staff were EXCELLENT throughout the entire process !! Thank you so much Lotus Funeral Home!

We had our beloved late shivakumar's final farewell at your centre.The way it was conducted and the support and assistance we received was excellent beyond expectations.The funeral director John is really an asset for this organization. Thank you once again.

A calm and quiet place which helps maintain your composure. The staff are extremely friendly and cooperative, I have had good experiences attending their seminars on pre planning.

We had our funeral service for our grandfather this past Saturday and lotus funeral home was outstanding. The planning with Samantha was seamless and we received all the documents we needed , they took care of everything. Kamal was with us during the actual service and he was incredible, he was very compassionate and made our service run smoothly. He was very kind and knew exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. It is definitely money well spent

As a florist who delivered the flowers and found out that the funeral service would be the next day, I called upon arriving at the shop to let Lotus know that I wanted to come by and water my arrangement to ensure that the flowers would not go dry. One of the directors, named Sam offered to take pictures of the arrangement and water both at night and the very next day.I was very surprised and extremely grateful that she would go over and above in this way.Although she may not think it was a big deal on her part, it gave me such a peace of mind and saved me so much travel time.I really felt the need to thank her personally through this review and also give a shout out to the other staff that I spoke with both on the phone and in person. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. It gave me a great impression and I believe that Lotus is a great funeral home that people should know about.All the best!
