I called Elafon to repair a slight leak I had at the base of my kitchen tap while the tap was running. The issue was minor and had been going on for at least a month, and was more of a nuisance than anything. Elafon sent out a repair man to fix the sink, however the leak in fact was not only worse following his attempted repair, but was leaking constantly even when the tap was in off position. I had to call and report this to Elafon; they apologized and sent out an emergency repair order, then charged me for both visits. I was appalled! When I called the company to understand this additional charge, they claimed the new leak was a coincidence

Terrible and scared labor fee!My council called this company to replace a shower cartridge for my son's unit.I saw that their technitian replaced the cartridge for 30 minutes.That was all thing that their plumber was done.My son asked him the replacement fee, and the plumber told us not expensive.But I got a shocking by their invoce.Their technitian just replaced the shower cartridge due to leaking, and they charged total $695.Really is this not expensive?Never contact this company in any situation!About your replying! (Review again)My son already paid $695 through our council, and he didn't get any credit till now.Council told my son that this company didn't want to give any credit or discount.And your technitian stayed and worked around in my unit for 30 minutes with the council members, and they are witness.One more thing, my son doesn't know you personally.I can't trust you again because of your false replying.

BE AWARE. This company serviced our AC unit in a suite in the Electra Building. The tech did not hook up the condensate pump correctly which caused damage to the flooring. Our family agreed on a cash settlement with the owner Evan. We have been trying to collect the money for 3 years. DO NOT trust this company.

Simply unprofessional and unaccountable. We have a water pressure issue at our apartment and strata contacted Elafon plumbers to come fix it. The first day they showed up and said it was too big of a job and must be rescheduled after a 15 minute visit. The next day they called and said it would take 2 hours to fix and would come a week later. As the date for them came they called and hour before scheduled arrival saying they had an 'urgent issue' and would come tomorrow instead. The next day they were another no show and we had to contact them for the reason. Would not recommend.

I had the fantastic pleasure of meeting the crew from Elafon via our strata. They did great work for our building so I asked them for help with my unit. Katrina was fantastic with bookings who set me up with Ryan, a fantastic and knowledgeable plumber. He helped walk me through what he was doing and his professional recommendations to help fix my plumbing problems. More than happy to recommend recommend the team at Elafon!

I had Elefan come out for an AC repair a second time after my tenant complained about the AC not working. The first time around they serviced the unit, the technician said that if the problem persists they need to come back and take the unit off-premises for repair at their shops. The second time they were called, it was with the understanding that they would take the unit off-premises for repair, like their technician had advised the first time. However, they only changed the filter the second time around and never took the unit for repair. They charged me close to $300 for changing a filter. I complained about this and they never owned up to the fact that the initial technician had advised differently and they said that I had to pay the two hour minimum (all this for a filter change). They claimed that the second technician took the unit apart for service, however according to my tenant who was present, he only changed the filter. After a-lot of back and forth they gave me a $30 discount (so overly generous of them)!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS.

I'm very satisfied with the work done by Elafon Mechnical Ltd. today - !! I was instructed that repairing a leaky faucet with a shower diverter issue would probably take up to 3 hrs.Guess what? Kevin, who visited my place today, took only 20 mins to get the job done. What's more incredible is that my 2 month old sleeping baby didn't wake up at all while he was fixing the issue like 3 meters away from her with the washroom door closed. Knowing how she is sensitive to noises, this is truly amazing.My wife and I couldn't stop chitchatting about how fast, accurate, and silent he finished his job.Elafon Mechnical Ltd. will be my go-to company for a long time.

Elafon Mechanical have conducted preventive maintenance work and fixed issues with plumbing and heating at my apartment on multiple occasions. I have found them to be very professional, very competent, and incredibly helpful. And it's not just the technicians—all the people I have dealt with, from the first person answering the phone to the last person taking payment, have been super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We called them on an emergency basis and were so impressed with their professionalism and the work they did that strata asked them to do our regular building maintenance. That was two years ago and one of the best decisions made. Evan and Bryan have high standards and take pride in their work as do all the plumbers I have met who work for them. They solved long standing problems that the last company could not figure out. I know because I witnessed it in person so it wasn't them just saying it.I also know that they are very particular about the employees who represent them and that is how they keep the standards so high. Big thumbs up.

Alex was absolutely excellent! He augured out a deep clog way down in the system, explained it, and tested thoroughly. While cleaning up he noticed a small leak from a joint under the sink, and sealed that too. He is a very good communicator and used visual metaphors to explain things (your plumbing system is like a tree with small branches all leading to the main trunk" etc.) You should be proud of this young man - a dedicated pro!"
