The staff was were extremely helpful. One of them brought me a chair when she noticed bending over a bin of buttons was very strenuous on my back! Later helped me to look for what I wanted. Nice personal touch!

This is my favorite store. It's neat and tidy, easy to get around to find items and the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The 40 minute drive for me to get there is well worth it every time.

Have gone a few times and was turned off by the tons of signage at the door that you have to wait outside for someone to let you in. I can totally see this during the beginning of COVID but not when restrictions are lifted. No thank you, we’re “restricted” out! Let people come in and browse! Will be ordering elsewhere.

This is my favorite fabricland location. They have a great selection of fabrics, notions, and patterns. The staff are super nice and helpful too.

I have reviewed this location before with 1 star and a long write up.However things have vastly improved.To begin, the store is much much cleaner and there is more thought to how things are displayed thus giving more room to customers who could potentially be using a walker or wheelchair.Riley and Courtney are two new staff members and they are so much better than the other two young girls. The other two are so rude and make fun of what you are making. Not Riley and Courtney. Riley and Courtney are kind and courteous, hold engaging conversation, encourage you to keep trying and to learn new skills, and seem to know a thing or two about sewing. I love seeing such happy, upbeat gals in the store. They seem to have an infectious effect on other long-time staff as they seem more happy and outgoing. I bet they get help from these two responsible girls, as they other two didn't seem to busy in the store when on previous visits. I really hope this location identified them as part of the problems and followed suit.This location has a great selection of fabrics and yarns and notions, and lots of new hobbies to try too (tie-dye, punch needle, embroidery, cross stitch, jewelry making, etc).I could easily spend at least a hundred dollars each visit and that is because of JOY not because of expense.I will give more stars once I find out if the other two have been fired or properly disciplined and trained.

As a grown adult, I walk into the store with a coffee and was abruptly told I had to put my coffee on the front desk! This employee yelled across the store at me so we abruptly left. I called immediately after to speak to the manager and I see the woman who “told” me I couldn’t have my coffee laughing and smirking knowing it was me on the phone.Not a way to treat customers! You’ve just lost two. Very unprofessional.

This Fabricland location is not the best but with enough selections, however I needed to wait a bit for the checkout lineup.

Wonderful staff that took the time to help and encouraged this non professional sewing lightweight.I am going to see my first seat cover.Thanks to the ladies that had an upbeat, you can do it attitude.Great store with amazing products.Worth the walk in.Regards Denise.
