We had a very good experience (considering the circumstances). Fortunately, we had pre-planned and prepaid before my Mom's passing. This makes it much easier when you are overwhelmed. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and quite accommodating. They were quick to respond to both emails and phone calls.My Dad has already pre-planned for his services. My husband and I will also be using Dignity when we have time to make our arrangements.Thank you, so much!!

I had a funeral organized here earlier in 2017 and the staff (Jake) were professional and compassionate. We were invited back for a Candle Lighting Ceremony to reflect on our loss coming into the Christmas season and what a pleasant surprise this event was. It was great with the live music, including refreshing newer songs, and helpful readings by a variety of different pastor's. I have been impressed by South Calgary Funeral, thank you to Jake and all the staff to help us during this year of grieving.

They help you through every step with loving kindness & loads of empathy!!!!Update 20/12/29: I forgot to Thank everyone! The professionalism was my first impression with the staff, exceptional cleanliness of the facility. I was very fortunate to have Stacey S. care. (My heart was very broken when my mother died. My world died because there were no siblings. I thought I was prepared, & it blew up my face)!I was treated with kid gloves even though I didn't have much money at the time. They guided me to the right places to get things done. I cannot express loudly enough" the kindness given to me!!! The staff walk a very fine line of empathy

They did a good job when it came to the service for my mom. However, it appeared to me that the Will was not honored with the co-executors. The discussion right from the beginning was directed to one individual. Brought it to the attention of the director and it felt like it was not a consideration and was more or less patronized.

This funeral home with all its staff were wonderful. They really helped us through a very sad and difficult time. They welcomed us in such a way that we felt more like friends than customers. We are so grateful to them for all they have done for us. Highly recommend!!

The entire experience gave us a feeling of peace. Right from the beginning we knew that we had nothing to worry about. All of our questions were answered and our wishes were taken care of. The staff was gracious and did not rush anything but rather allowed us to process the situation and the decisions we had to make. It honestly was like dealing with a friend who said relax
