Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

They do a fantastic job cleaning and making the carpet fresh. My only complaint is that the last time the carpets were left quite damp and it took awhile for them to dry. I will probably give them a chance to redeem themselves when it is needed again due to past experiences being much better.

I called just the day before I needed the job done and they came the next day......on a Friday afternoon too!!The young man was courteous and friendly and explained the work he was going to do. It was a very stained carpet area and I was thrilled he got those stains out!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants great work at a great price!!

Let me start by saying this... even after TWO attempts, Oxi Fresh of Rapid City South Dakota's service is a complete disgrace!! I asked for a full refund of $119, in which they refused. After TWO attempts, here's what I was left with:1. Throughout the entire apartment, the edges (where the wall meets the floor) were not vacuumed, which means they were not cleaned either. After the 1st time they came, I mentioned that to the lady that scheduled my 2nd appointment. She told me that I needed to vacuum before they got there. Seriously?!? The customer has to vacuum prior to their arrival!2. The debris that was on the carpet ended up in the tracks of the closet doors, which I then had to vacuum out3. There were nasty chunks of hair and debris left throughout the apartment4. They totally missed 2 of the closets5. For whatever reason, the carpet felt crispy6. Whatever product they used made the whole apartment smell terrible7. And still, after the 2nd attempt, the carpet had a lot of debris. And so I had to vacuum the whole apartment myselfSince the results were no better, I called the office again. The lady that answered couldn't help me and had to have someone call me back. A few days later, I received the callback. Although the gentleman was pleasant, he would not give me a refund. Oxi Fresh of Rapid City is a disgrace of a carpet cleaning business!On a positive note, the 2 people that attempted to clean the carpets were very nice.The work was done around July 9, 2020.

I was not impressed with the end results of their carpet cleaning. There is no water used and they don't actually suck (remove) anything out of the carpet. Overall the areas that I called the cleaners about didn't look any different after they did it twice!It was great customer service and they were quick but the end results were very poor, how can you clean the carpet when nothing is actually removed like stains and dirt?

Trevor just finished our 3 rooms. I can't believe the difference! I was going to buy new carpet....not anymore! Trevor was great, easy to talk to, explained the cleaning system, took his time to do an excellent job!Thanks for a job well done!

Sometimes you take a chance after seeing reviews on FB, and this one was well worth it!The low water cleaning method worked well for our carpet; drying time was much faster. The carpet hasn’t looked this good in years, even after other businesses cleaned. The tech was very efficient, explained everything, and left the house in perfect condition! Will definitely use them again.

This company does not use the mounted hose suction to the van,, they bring in an old vacuum and only spray the carpet and vacuum. My bedroom still smell of dog urine, I contacted the Trevor and he said he would come back and spray more solution and rake the carpet. Well he never showed. Do not go with this company, its a rip off.

Very friendly and I thought they were very nice. Walked around to make sure they got any and all spots taken care of. I would and already have recommended them to others.

I have always been happy with the Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. They are on time and always call before coming. The one thing I really like about the cleaning is that the carpets are not soaking wet when they are done. We make sure that we vacuum afterwards to help the cleaning process before putting everything back in place. My carpets always look so nice when they are done. Very pleased! Thank you
