Do Not Come To This Place!!!! This place was auditied by public health a few years ago due to safety reasons. One of ther clients got lung infection right after using their CPAP machine during trial period. It turned out that they don't properly sanitize their trial machine. They used to have multiple locations, but now they are all shuttiing down, and you can also check with public heallth ontario to see if I am telling the truth or not. Do yourself a favor, Stay Away From This Company!!!

I was trying to inquire about an office and why why I can't get ahold of the Smith Falls office I even talked to people from your 1800 number. It's something how your company doesn't communicate among eachother. This is people's health here, and for me to have gone through the problems that I have had the last few days dealing with your company, trying to find out about Smiths Falls office. I have called the Smiths Falls office left email and no one got back to me. I have called main number and no one knew Smiths falls office was closed. I decided to search Facebook and I only find information on the Brockville 2care4. How can you run a company like this. I have needed a new hose for my sleep apnea machine for this whole week and trying to get someone to tell me why I can't get Smiths falls office was like pulling teeth. This is my health that your playing with. I will be making a complaint to my local health authority and my local MPP. This is not how you inform people that a store is closed and there should be communication between your company so someone on the phone lines can help. This is not how you deal in health care at all. Lately we have seen countless companies in charge of people's medical welfare fail miserably. Your company needs to and will be held responsible for the way you treat clients. Covid-19 has shown us that companies like this one need to be properly regulated and controlled. Your clients are less then happy with your service as I can see from your reviews. Your employees that I talk to on the phone were Ill informed and couldn't help me at all. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The sleep ap machine is something that helps keep my wife breathing at night and now she has gone a week without it thanks to your failure and giving us the run around. This weekend I am working on a written complaint to the my local health authority.

Had the pleasure to deal with Wendy in Smiths Falls. She was able to help me out and get the right c-pap machine for my dad in a very timely manner. She explained everything when I picked it up and made sure it was ready to go.Extremely happy with the service from start to finish !

Two weeks ago someone came to look at my scooter. They were suppose to pick it up & fix it. It’s still in my yard. I stopped by yesterday & was told they would pick it up today but never showed

This place was chosen by my doctor to give me a trial run with some equipment before I buy my own.The results can be looked up on line so there is no need to visit them for download info.Doctors orders are to use the machine when ever I feel comfortable because sometimes is better then not st all.The girls at this location like to dictate how often you should be using it by checking online and reminding you in sarcastic under tones that you are non cooperative" .I think the staff here are not aware that they are NOT doctors and that I have no need to explain myself to them for my schedual.They need to know thier place.I will not purchase anything from this store ever."

I placed an order with this company on Dec. 12, 2019. The confirmation stated it would be delivered by Dec. 18th. That didn't happen but I cut them some slack given it was the Christmas season. I still hadn't received my order by Jan. 2nd so I called them and was told my order hadn't come across that person's desk yet my credit card had been charged. I told them I had to go out and purchase supplies so I wanted my money back. The following morning someone called me and told me they would refund the amount of my order to my credit card but I wouldn't see the transaction for a couple of days. It's now Jan. 13th and I haven't seen the credit. I highly recommend that people look elsewhere for their medical supplies.

Bunch of crooks. They gave verbal instructions on what to ask my insurance about regarding coverage for their CPAP package that led to me not getting full coverage. When I immediately, after finding out a few days later I was not covered, tried to return the superfluous 'care' items they had mixed in with medical items, they refused to process the return. This came to over $500 that they were all to happy to cling to. I spent hours and multiple phone calls fighting with them, as I cannot afford this loss, while they interrupted, lied, and tried to talk over me. I trusted them because I was in a position where needed their medical supplies, and they took advantage of that.
