The worse place i've ever trained at. I wouldn't recommend working out here.

My daughter takes Kickboxing here and she loves it. The instructor's are amazing and friendly. Highly recommend checking them out. UPDATE: it's been almost 7 months since my daughter has been going and what a difference in physical abilities and strength not to mention her kickboxing skills. She's listening better at home and I can't say enough about her Sifu who is caring and cares about the group of kids in her class. This place has tons of clients and always has a decent size class and a good group of kids and adults who attend. I'll definitely be signingy daughter up for another year. Update again: classes are going great, daughter is moving right along. Loving every class. Sept 2022 update - Classes are still awesome for my daughter. She's received her Yellow sash and is progressing at a steady pace. I still recommend this place for kids or adults. Update Dec 2022 - some of the kids in the class are bullies and bullying the kids including my daughter, will decide if this will be the last year she attends and possibly change to another kickboxing establishment or another martial art. Very disappointed that my daughter comes home sad and tells me kids don't listen and or are bothering her throughout the 1 hour class.

I do kikboxing twice a week and I lean alot of stuff and it opens windows

Suck. I wanted to get inside to seas and they told ,me to wait in the door I I seated in the floor. The instructor told me wait in the door I'm busy. Suckkkk
