The monthly spam emails to my inbox and routed to my crm are quite annoying. Will be reported to CRTC if this continues.

Joseph and Claire have been cleaning our office for the last 7 months. They do an excellent job cleaning our office. They occasionally show up during office hours to see how we are doing and if there is anything that they can improve on. Excellent Customer Service on their end. I would recommend them to anyone.

I work for Bayshore Home Health and our office hired Jan-Pro back in December 2021. From what I've seen and experienced with the company, they've done a really good job and any concerns we've voiced, they had went above and beyond to resolve any issues.It's always nice to come in to a clean office every week! I would absolutely recommend Jan-Pro to anyone looking for an office cleaner. Good, reliable cleaners are very hard to find, when Jan-Pro came to meet with us earlier this year I was very happy that they were able to accommodate my request of starting ASAP. They really pulled the team together quickly to be able to get us on the schedule we needed when we needed it as we were completely fed up with our previous cleaners and needed a change immediately.Tesfalem's attention to detail is fantastic, great communication with him and his cleaning crew and they have you do a quick, ‘rate us on a scale of 1-10’ monthly evaluation just to make sure all is good. They’ve been cleaning our offices for 6 months now and we are very, very happy with their work.
