We had our daughters baby shower at Carmens this Sunday. Taylor was a helpful and resourceful event planner. All of our wishes were realized. The staff is very professional the food was delicious. Our bartender made the most special mocktails for our guests. The receptionist was always ready to see to our needs

Venue itself was nice. Food overall was good. However their staff was really under untrained. They did they best but it seemed like they were understaffed. Bar was good. Overall I would say they. Need to higher more professionals. Food came out cold, and was inconsistent. This place has potential. But they are missing the mark.

Carmen's knocked it out of the park for the prom with fabulous salad, amazing chicken parm and two kinds of pasta. Hotel is right next door. Just a beautiful venue.

We had the most amazing day at Carmen’s for our wedding reception. The staff were great and the food are so delicious! I wouldn’t have chosen anywhere but here! My wedding reception was delayed for two years due to covid and Carmen’s was really accommodating. They didn’t increase our fees. The hall was so beautiful and big. We had a very large room it was perfect for dinning and dancing. The wedding cake they made was so beautiful! The bride’s private room was nice and comfortable. They prepared sparkling wine and food there for me. The complimentary honeymoon suite was so fancy too! The all inclusive package was such a good deal you can’t not beat it!I give Carmen’s five stars but I do have some suggestions/ complaints:1. We purchased upgraded bar package but my husband found out after the cocktail hour that we were served regular drinks. That was a big disappointment because we already corrected it through email with Taylor before the wedding.2. The whole wedding was a little unorganized. The DJ did not get the updated wedding plan so all his introductions were messed up. We ended up correcting all the speeches and made a plan with him on spot.3. The DJ was not very professional in my opinion. He did not have the updated plan which was not his fault, but we paid extra for him to be our MC. He did not do any MC work. When he did introduced people to come on stage they were all messed up and we couldn’t even hear him. I would have introduced everyone by myself and everyone would have heard it better. It was not worth it to pay him extra to become our MC just to say a few extra lines we couldn’t even hear. After the dinner he came up to us to ask if we want to cut cake earlier. We were so busy we had to say goodbye to guest and send my baby home. He did not play any music for a good 20 mins so everyone thought the event ended so most of the people left. I was really disappointed and sad people left my party so early. If he just started the dance floor instead of waiting we would have had more people staying.

Went here for my semi-formal about a week ago very nice and well decorated the food was okay not my favorite but as expected I am also a very picky eater so there was lots of space when sitting for the dinner, not really enough room to dance loved the fact that they brought in a free photographer 8 out of 10 night

The place was very nicely decorated. The food was very delicious. The servers were so friendly and polite. Enjoyed the time time there.

We JUST had our wedding day there April 21st. The whole team was great! We had a few little minor issues. The songs got mixed up on entrances but not the end of the world. I had some complaints there was too much food (haha) but over all good was good and plentiful! The whole team assigned to me that day were amazing! Thanks to Shay our Maitre’d Taylor our wedding Coordinator and Peter our DJ. The wait staff were great too!!! Ran their butts off for us and our guests! I would for sure recommend Carmens for a wedding a great value for all in! The wedding cake was Delicious too and beautiful!Thank you guys for a wonderful day!Candice and Thomas

We had our wedding at Carmens in April 2023. The event planning team was amazing and very helpful throughout the whole planning process. The venue itself is very beautiful, modren & clean. Our guest had many great things to say about the food. Im rating Carmens 4 stars because the day of my wedding there was a change in the staff we were told would be running our event (without any notice) the new staff had no event overview or timeline so we had to take time out of being with our guest during cocktail hour to go over everything with her. Other than this little hiccup, Carmens was absolutely amazing & id recommend them to anybody getting married.Mr & Mrs Freeman

Thank you Carmen's group team for the great opportunity you give us to celebrate our dougther sweet 15 recently, coordination, good food, Dj very friendly and helpful, also why not say affordability , great environment and amazing decoration, 10 starts , lovely bar staff , everything perfect.

I attend there for a friend's wedding.It was great venue, the grounds were well maintained and clean. The inside of the venue was clean including the washrooms. Our bartender for the evening..I wish I got his name he was an older Caucasian gentlemen I believe his name was Tim, he was the BEST he always had a smile and a joke to tell when he serves us...hands down the best and made the event even more enjoyable. The serving staff we had was polite and went the extra step to cater to our dietary concerns. I noticed they had an event planner from the venue overseeing everything that lady was on point. She made sure the transition from ceremony to reception was smooth and things were attended to.
