This place is a joke. Have my delivery notice card and they don’t have my package. Person at counter doesn’t care at all. Called Canada Post and they couldn’t resolve my issues saying I have to go to image plus, which I have been to twice today. My child will not be getting their gift for Christmas. Customer service for Canada Post over the phone and Image Plus are absolute garbage. Would give negative stars if possible.

Pick up hours inconvenient. I get being closed Sundays but to close at 1pm Saturdays is not cool. 5pm should be the minimum.Are you allowed to pick a different post office for your deliveries to go?

the best service ever. Fast and knowledgeable. Twice I brought packages from London Drugs post office that they said were undeliverable because I was sending to no such address. Both times at this post office they found the issue and in a matter of a minute they were done. Now I won't go anywhere else

I don’t write reviews unless I feel compelled too. I might need to complain to head office about this location. Closes for system updates on weekdays. The only notice people have is a note on their door. People have schedules and expect to pick up their parcel when it is supposed to be open. Very poorly managed

This is the most unreliable post office I have ever used. I frequent this location because it's close to my house, but more often than not, they are closed when other canada posts are open. They were closed July 1st (holiday for them all) but also July 2. They also closed early and on random days. Save yourself the bother and just use the canada post in shoppers.
