I had a great relationship with Ron Parpara and his team, when selling my Vancouver Fairview area condo in Sept. 2022. My home sold in just a week for above asking even in this slow market with high interest rates.Before listing, I had interviewed 4 realtors from popular firms, two of them came recommended by friends and two of them I googled which is where I short-listed Ron Parpara solely by the high reviews he had. Although all the realtors I interviewed were very pleasant to deal with, two of them wanted me to severely under list. In the end I selected Ron, based on my gut feeling about our compatibility, his personality, and his knowledge and experience in the field. I was not mistaken and the outcome was more than what I expected, but secretly what I had hoped for.In the days leading up to the listing and all throughout, the communication was constant, the staged photos turned out great and Rochele, one of the administrators was wonderful to deal with. Ron even had private showings the week before listing and 16 showing in the first 5 days of listing. There was no need for an open house as I accepted an offer on day 5. I am a very happy home-seller and I will surely use this company again. I have already recommended them to my neighbours and some friends. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a realtor to go ahead and at least interview Ron when selling or buying a home.

For two luxury condos in Lynn Valley, a 2 bedroom condo and a 3 bedroom condo, where Vancouver Properties Group represented the Sellers.. my experience working with them as a Buyer’s agent has been so easy and smooth!
